I ordered a bouquet for Mother's day and was told it would reach on time bt it was not delivered. The status always shows in processing without any other details of where the product is.

Gti1980622/2020. As of today, may 29th, i have not received the package. I have emailed the customer service and called all the numbers provided. Very unprofessional.
I request a refund as soon as possible.

I had order 26 pcs coloring set from ben 10 and frank-match it puzzle on 15/05/2020 and the delivery date was showing as 19/05/2020. I paid rs. 789 for these two items.
I ordered them for my nephew as his birthday was on 21/05/2020.
The product is still not delivered and i called their customer service numbers but all are switched off. I sent a message from their contact us page still no reply from them.

This is the first time i didn't check the review of the website as it looks legitimate but now i regret it after seeing so many complaints against them.

I think it's better to order from amazon or flipkart at we can cancel the order or know the status of our order.

I booked a bouquet of worth rs 2149/- comprises of 5 stems of pink lilies and 24 pink roses from giftsofindia27x7.com but wat they people delivered was not at all worth it... I mean what they think of customer... I[censored] cant fulfill the desired ordered... U should cancelled it immediately or should mentioned unavailability of product in your website... U delivered such pathetic bouquet out of formalities in place of one i ordered with yellow lilies, white lilies and pink roses no matvj that also less in no.. This is an offence n i will complaint against you for befooling customers and taking so much money for worthless... Kindly look into this matter... Its serious and urgent

I sent order on mother’s day on 12th May. They are suppose to send my order Monday( next working day) but they confirmed me today that they missed the delivery and ready to give refund. They also I come to know after my many calls and chats. This is look like fake company. I am waiting for my refund now. Let’s see. But this company is very bad in delivering their order and fooled customers and play with their emotions. Customer service also doesn’t know about delivery section. After chatting system online. I come to know the status of delivery.
Please take action on them. They have their system problem as well. I paid Rs. 2679 and they send me email for adding the same order 3 times and shows calculation of Rs. 8600. No idea what’s going on there.

I simply request DO NOT order anything feom here. These ### simply cheating customers by promising false delivery dates.
I placed order of rakhi and chocolates on 25th thinking that it will deliver on 26th in delhi. I gotta call from CUSTOMER CARE and he confirmed it will deliver on 26th. Product actual value should be less then 1000 rs bubi paid near to 3k just for express delivery and get it delivered on 26th.
But it didn’t reach today. After talking to CUSTOMER CARE they said chocolates will deliver on 29th and he was not sure about rakhi delivery.

Better to use Amazon or flipkart they provide timely delivery with assurance.

It meant to delivered by 22nd august to 25th august (As rakhi is on 26th august) today is rakhi and yet not delivered. Whats the point of delivering after the occasion??? What a shame??? Also if you have had a whats app chat number, then kindly appoint someone who has some manner and can respond effectively, if you read the chat you will feel that they are just ticking the boxes, you have to go extra mile to help your customers not tick the box do your 8 hours shifts and go home. Take some responsibility.

Saurav was chatting with me later on and he only apologised once in that big chat and that was also in a just a formal way and not going beyond. All that chat you will feel that they dont feel the value of rakhi to be delivered by rakhi.

I am complaining to consumer act as well, kindly sort this out soon, i need a outcome of this mail asap. And please now do not deliver rakhi tomorrow as its finish. No point after the occasion.

I ordered a hamper containing a van heusen shirt. The shirt that they sent was an absolutely different shirt from what was advertised in their photo. Was mortified to see that even the logo was different and it had a different colour on the insides of the sleeves and collar, looking like a casual shirt. What i had ordered was a single block coloured formal shirt.

Customer service people are so rude and keep repeating that they have sent the same shirt and there's nothing they can do to resolve it. Even a child can tell that the shirt is completely different from what i had ordered. What i find funny is how quickly they call me when i place an order in my cart and have not paid for it yet. How is it that the same dedicated service provided to payment matters is not given to people when they need support?

I had not done my research earlier as i desperately wanted to get a valentine's day gift. But research has shown me now that many people have fallen victim to this scamming company.

Please provide help regarding this issue of fraudulent practices in this company.

I had placed an order for a bouquet of flower through giftstoindia 24x7 on 13 june 2017 . the same was delievered on 15-june -2017.

To my surprise i was taken back when i saw the photo of the gift which my friend recieved ( attached both photos for your refernce 1) i ordered 2) they delievered ) .

when i raised the complaint, i got a very insenstive response . saying the photos are indicative and orginal will be different in freshness . i wonder how come they show a cat for sale and get me a rat and say it is indicative . do we with basic commonsense accept this as an answer . i am able to digest to some extend that freshness may not be same .

but cant digest the fact that this is cheating of a consumer

I trust the compant takes corrective steps and a solution to this .

Ordered sweets and rakhis for rakshabandan one week in advance. Was written all over terms and conditions, if order placed before 2 days then will arrive before or on day of rakshabandan. Contacted there customer service on day if rakshabandan and was advised that it is near by and on its way. The sweets and rakhis arrived 4 days later completely covered in fungus. Companies response was to give refund for sweets only. Customer service has been contacted and they have stated they are 'not professional, but truthful'. I have all the conversations and pictures taken. Yet they dare to say I am in the wrong for not understanding delivery complications. Please do not use this company and I am more that happy to post full conversations to show how much of a disgrace this company is.

I ordered a rakhi with chocolate and thali on 17th aug 2016 morning, my order # gti1621191 and they send me the confirmation email that your order no. Gti1621191/2016 - will get deliver on time after wasting my few hours they emailed me that we will not be able to deliver on time we will send the raki post 48 hours after celebration, as i was left with no option i tried calling them, but nobody was there to answer they call finally after 6 hours a stupid person (Karan singh) called me and when i said i need my delivery on time he started arguing with me and he abused me too. I said to cancel my order he said you can cancel the order but you will get only 50% of money back. I came to know they don't have any company ethics and respecting my own self i disconnected the call without any wrong words then after 24 hours they emailed me that we don't have product available we are sending some other product and today after 48 hours we got a cheap level product... Plz don't waste your money its fake 100% fake.

They don't want you give a review.. Block you from social sites so that you cant review them.. Can t deliver stuff on time or even the stuff you want to gift to your loved ones.. Would not re-imburse the money.. Who wants the credit when you can't even deliver thing throughout india... But only to kolkata.. Giving me a choice to either not post reviews or will be banned!!! What is with that... Will that get you more sales... This company is going down.

I Ordered a Cake and flowers for my Mom for Mothers day! They never delivered it on that day! Every time i checked with their online chat service they promised it will be delivered. What is the point if they cant deliver on the same day as promised? Trying to Make your mom happy is not possible through their useless service. I will never use them any more. this is the 2nd time happening! Now even if they deliver it will be a cake which i am sure is a day or so old.

My sister called them and they were of no help

They have debited funds asap

On 23/11/15 they are sending message to recipient to call and the number they have provided is unavailable

This is such a shame we can't trust our own country.I am glad I am overseas.

I am hoping this will be looked at, please save consumers from such Fraud companies.

Hi I ordered some gifts from your company for my niece's wedding in Chandigarh, India. I was assured that the goods will arrive there by 10th of October but I am very disappointed that your company hasn't delivered anything. When I called this morning I was told that it has been delivered to Chennai!! The woman I spoke to could clearly see the right address onscreen which was for Chandigarh. How are you going to resolve this for me?It was going to be a surprise for her wedding which is tomorrow. You have clearly ruined this for me. I have also lodged a complaint to PayPal who are looking into this too.
