Respected Sir/Madam,With respect to the above subject i want to inform that i had booked a order for a 'Birthday Gift' on 15th of january of 2011 for the delivery on 17th January through the above mentioned Website with the order number "IOF-[protected]".I hereby want to inform that the said order has not been deliverd to the recepient even after a day i.e..18th january.I have been trying to contact the customer care they are not responding properly.Since this is very important for me that the gift is delivered, please consider my complaint and take necessary actions for the negligence by the concerned authority.
