[Resolved] Www. Koovs.com — Product ordered Not delivered | |
I placed an order for Micromax X210 Mobil Handset on 21st March 2012 with Koovs and made full payment via credit card for Rs.1332/- Post that I have been calling their Call Center on following days to check status of same & to get shipping status ( which by the way is not updated / displayed anywhere on their website) 22nd March[protected] hrs 26th March[protected] hrs 28th March[protected] hrs 30th March[protected] hrs* During all these calls I was been assured that I will receive my consignment on time. Interim on 28th March I had also written email to contact person suggested by customer care executive with deficiencies in service which I had observed and also raised ticket around 26th March 2012, both havent been answered as yet. When I called today i.e on 30th March 2012, the executive updated me that my consignment is yet to be shipped & asked me to wait 72 hrs more. for refund they claimed to take 21-30 working days. On further check I have found that their have been similar experiences by other users too. It seems majority of time this site just uses money received from people via card payment for instance in my acse koovs has received money on 21st March & assuming that I will receive money bak after 10 days from today which would be 10th April , they have used my money for this period.
