Www. mGinger.com — Not replacing faulty item

Faulty Giordano wrist watch was send to me by courier by mginger. I have given them written complaint and as well has called up to do the replacement.

It has been around a month that they are saying that they will replace it. Howerver, there is no action taken against it. I have made several calls to their support number but there is no response on when and how they are going to replace it.
