Hi,

It is regarding the Order Number: 1215. I bought some item for my fish aquarium. I mention in order itself that please ship my product with dtdc or bluedart courier but they shipped my order with first flight courier(tracking reference: C[protected] on 7th july 2012 now 4 days over but I don’t have received the shipment and I am trying to courier but no one is answering the call . Called shopatsimba office also they are giving me wrong information that product will deliver with in 1 hour then by 5 p:m then last deadline 7 pm yesterday . Product not delivered yet . Whitefield first flight courier guys not coming on my home no one call me and simple mention status on website that party not available  . When I am calling to Whitefield first flight courier on [protected] it is switch off.

Shopatsimba want same more money they don’t care if customer suffer or not even not helping also.
I suggest to every one please do not buy any item from www.shopatsimba.com . Attach my order screen shot for proof
