Dear Sir
I ordered 2 products from snapdeal.com on 9th feb. and as promised I got my 1st item on 11th feb. but when it came to the 2nd item, till date they haven't delivered it. When i call the courier service, they say the product has been returned as some airline issues came, but when I call & email the sanpdeal personnel, they simply say we are forwarding this to the concerned team and they will call you back. This has been going on since the past 10-15 days. They are completely acting like a fraud company and there customer support people are talking rubbish and harassing me. Kindly look into it and I am willing to take it upto the court level. My order details are mentioned in the attachment.
