[Resolved]  www.ticketstoindia.co.uk — Date Issue

Hello,
I would like to draw your attention to this serious issue. I called up the customer care executive on 24th December, 2010 and asked him to book 2 tickets for me. I told him about an online offer. He went too rude and straight away said to book it online: "Why dont you book it online". I went online and booked two tickets for 10th January, 2011. I got a receipt that the tickets have been booked but for 10th February. I am amused to see this as this is absolutely impossible. I called up the customer care executives and they are being badly rude and they are saying that I have to bear a penalty of 250 pounds. I want to know first I had a word with the executive and told him to book a ticket but he refused. When I booked I got the wrong confirmation and when I call them up they say a penalty of 250 pounds. For February I could have got a much cheaper ticket. This is the first time I used this website and I am really pissed off. Please help me out with this. I am calling the executives and they are being excessively rude and not helping me out. This is extremely important. Please help me out. I want to make a complaint against them for poor customer service and poor response rate and high charges.
Regards
Abhishek Sharma

I am too pissed off with their attitude.
new website has launched ( www.eticketstoindia.co.uk ) providing better services then other online booking website.
I'm writing this to show my appreciation with the services provided while booking my family’s tickets to India through www.eTicketstoindia.co.uk. They were very patient in answering all my questions and taking us through the entire process, turning it all into a very pleasant experience. They also took care of all our meal preferences, etc., I wish them the best of luck and Keep up the good work
Regarding the comments from Abhishek Sharma... to put the story right, he booked via an on-line booking engine, it does not mistakes on dates, the human that enters the information in the first place however can, Mr Sharma, you entered FEB when you did your search. A robotic ticketing program issues tickets almost immediately. By the time Mr Sharma contacted us to raise the issue the funds were already with the airline and a contract between Mr Sharma & the airline exists, hence any airline penalties apply to change the date. Forgot to mention all of this Mr Sharma didn't you.

Also, to clear up the poor experience with the tickets to india operatives, Mr Sharma has, from first point of contact, been rude, abusive and slanderous, none of our operatives want to talk to him because he has been so rude.

I have taped telephone calls and e-mails to proove this, happy to post any of them on line Mr Sharma so everyone can see what a charmer you are.

Sincerely John
Tickets to India
