I have been trying to contact the call centre of [url=http://www.ticketstoindia.co.uk]Tickets To India, Cheap Flights to India, Flight Tickets to India[/url] and had a word with various executives named: Amit, Anu, Abhishek, Pramod and the manager, Mr. Gagan. The response by all the executives including the manager is absolutely horrible. The manager`s is worse. I had a word with him on 27th December and he told me to pay the penalised charges. He changed the date to 11th of January and told me to pay 110 GBP. I have got the confirmation. I had insufficient funds at that point of time and I asked him to pay the remaining amount from some other account. But he had issues with it as it was my friend`s card (Due Friend`s Confirmation). He told me that the payment can be made later wards and I agreed on the same. I told him that the payment will be done within 2 3 days and he was absolutely fine with it. He did not mention anything else. I have got a mail from him that the ticket has been confirmed and also there would not be any further charges. The bank was closed for a couple of days and when I call them today I was absolutely shocked. He says that I have to make a payment of 120/person instead of 110/person. This is absolutely horrible. I never thought the services would be so horrible and now I strongly believe that some sort of strict action needs to be taken against this fraudulent company. This is absolutely terrible. I was in real anger and he hang up the phone.

Firstly, when I ask them to book a ticket on phone, the executive asks me to book it online. When I book the ticket online, I gets a wrong confirmation, I reply them back the same day, but they dont reply. I call them up, they put me on hold for over 20 minutes. I talk to the manager, named Gagan, he promised to sort out with in two days and promises to call back but didnt call back. When I call them up, he was always busy in meetings or out of office. I talk to him. I get ready to pay the penalty due to some emergencies of going back to India, he confirms and sends me a confirmation and the penalty charges were 220 pounds in total. Now when I call them to pay the amount, they say that the amount is 240 pounds and the fares changed today itself, as they reckons. I talk to them they hand up the phone.

Further, things were very clear on the day of my flight from London Heathrow on 11th January where I was not allowed to fly on the same day as the tickets were not confirmed by the travel agent as per Jet Airways people. I called them up and waited there for over 4 hours but they were being too rude. I asked for another flight but again nothing worked out. I had to suffer and take a cab again back to a friend`s place and had to pay another 80 pounds. (40 pounds one way) I called them up in the morning and again they made some fraudulent promises of getting the amount as refund and got me a booking for Air India which was available on a much cheaper price. I was fooled out and as it urgent for me to come back I had to trust them. I had a bad flight and then I was shocked to say their mail after almost 5 mails from my side. They are saying to pay back only 40 pounds which has not even come to my account. I have all the mails saved with me and I would like to make a strict complaint against the manager and the agent. The firm has its operations in India because I got to know about it during the conversation with one of the executives. Kindly advise me about the whole procedure. I am still trying to mail them but I am not getting the reply from the officials. I have made heavy losses due to their careless behavior and mistakes.

I am currently in India and I know that I made the booking in UK but their has to be some way out as it is extremely serious. I look forward to hear from you.

Regarding the comments from Abhishek Sharma... to put the story right, he booked via an on-line booking engine, it does not make mistakes on dates, the human that enters the information in the first place however can, Mr Sharma, you entered FEB when you did your search. A robotic ticketing program issues tickets almost immediately. By the time Mr Sharma contacted us to raise the issue the funds were already with the airline and a contract between Mr Sharma & the airline exists, hence any airline penalties apply to change the date. Forgot to mention all of this Mr Sharma didn't you.

Also, to clear up the poor experience with the tickets to india operatives, Mr Sharma has, from first point of contact, been rude, abusive and slanderous, none of our operatives want to talk to him because he has been so rude.

I have taped telephone calls and e-mails to prove this, happy to post any of them on line Mr Sharma so everyone can see what a charmer you are.

A word to the wise, don't abuse people that you want help from.
