[Resolved]  www.Timtara.com — Bag not delivered after payment

I have ordered a bag online in Timtara.com on 31st October. I have paid for the same through netbanking. Amount was 1,509.00. Till now I have called them several times and tried to cancel too but not getting any response from them. Below is the details of that product which they sent after purchase of that product.
