This is a reminder to the below said complaint still now either the material was not despatched nor payment was repaid I have only one option of complainting in your website kindly help me to get the product or my money Back.Kindly also look into the ebusiness fruads done by Timtara.com to the public and band his webstie for the E business in order to save the public in future.
Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.They shoud not cheat any person in future.

Dear Sir,
I have ordered in www.timtara.com a Belkin Laptop cooling fan on 17.12.11 and paid the amount by credit card on the same day their delivery terms was 8 to 10 days the delivery status still says awaiting pick up.when I rang upto their customer care the response was not proper and I have also send a mail today to customer care that if they are not able to supply please return my money. Kindly help me either to get my product if not able to supply my money back.

WWW.TIMTARA.COM — Non delivery of laptop

Ordered a Sony Laptop (Sony VAIO YB Series VPCYB35AN) on 31-Dec2011 vide order no: 10161741 for Rs. 20,890/ and has not been delivered till date (03-Mar2012), inspite of regular reminders over mail and telephone.

On every communication the assurance was given for delivery within 3-4 days but the same was never met, creating lots of mental disturbance, wastage of time and loss in making phone calls. The event has even had an effect on my family life, where in I had promised my sister of a laptop, which i was not able to provide due to breach of trust by the Timtara. I would recommend that Timtara should be banned from Online presence in market, so that more and more people are not ditched.
