I had ordered a SONY Cool pix HX 7V camera + Sandisk card on[protected] by paying the amount from my credit card with a promise for delivery in 7 days. My repeated E-mails have been once replied informing me to wait for 3-days and thereafter no reply. Furthermore, there one helpline no. is either always busy or they never pick the phone.
Repeated calls and mails are being ignored.
