[Resolved] www.tradus.com — Not received the product

I have ordered an "Transcend 8GB TS8GJF500 Pen Drive" on[protected]dd-mm-yyyy) and have done the online payment also, website shows delivery in 3-5 working days but still i have not received my product. I have written/mailed them many times about the order but they are not giving any positive/satisfactory reply. They mailed me AWB tracking number "[protected]" of courier company "Overnite", but when i go to the courier company website and try to track my order it display the error message
" Delivery information not found. The reasons can be
Tracking information is awaited. Please try later.
Incorrect Number. Please check the number you have entered."

my order id is "5868070" and
sub-order id is "5943115"

Now i request to take this problem as very serious problem, because this can be done with other people also.

same problem not recieved the product which i have ordered pumo wirko shoes on 6/12/12 and i hav done online payment also website shows delivery in 3 to 4 days but still i have not yet recived the product which i ordered

please kindly take this problem seriously because this may continue with others so solve this problem very soon

www.tradus.com — Fraud product/ cheap Quality Product

I have ordered one product but they delivered me wrong product. also i have ask them to replace the delivered product but they are not replacing.
even they don't have any direct contact number.they just have mail they never replied on mails.
