www.Yebhi.com — non delivery of order

I have placed an order on online shopping site www.yebhi.com on 29th sept,2011 .its been almost 7 days ,I have not recieved my order yet despite of several calls on the toll free helpline number [protected]..
they even put my call on hold and never come back when i call for the same and they have updated the status of my order as delivered.The order related neccessary details are as below:-
