Above orders are paid on 06/08/2014 and till pending from their end.
And till date not shipped.

Please resolve the issue on this regard.

I have been calling from past 1 month to your service desk but no one is picking up the call. Can you let me know the reason. And also i am not getting any update on my previous complaints raised can you let me know what can i do now it is very tough for me to get my queries cleared.

From past 2 months i am rasing request for refund i dont know where is the problem my project has passed your security check also then why i am not receiving my refund yet for order no 32816798

I had purchased many items from yebhi and had returned the same . it got credited to my wallet . I had 200000 (2 lacs ycoins in my account) which equals to 38000 Rs .. now when i checked there are 0 coins ... please solve the issue orelse we will take strict legal action against the same. if you try to fool the customer then we will definetly take some action on the same

Few years back I had purchased 3 Sunglasses from Yebhi.com and I returned 1 of them as I didn't like it. At that time they told me that I can use that money whenever I want to. They do not return the money. I'll have to shop from Yebhi . Recently I tried logging in my account but they are showing invalid password. So, I checked for forgot password but their system is not working and despite of entering correct Email id and Captcha Code the system is showing Error every single time and not sending me any link or password. There was some 400 rupees in my account of Yebhi.

I had yebhi coins 5500 in my account which is equivalent to Rs.1100/-
I have not see any coupons nor the amount been refunded, there are no responses received yet. Please tackle this fraud and get my money back. If you are taking this complaint seriously, please provide a resolution already there are many with these similar complaints.

I had almost 8800 yebhi coins which means near about 2000 rupees in my yebhi account .
For past 3 months i have been following up with them over phone and email and i have not received any response, i purchased these coupons of rupees 2000 and these guys converted it into yebhi coins which has a value of 5 coins = 1 rupee . But i am bot able virw the coins and it displays that i have 0 coins . This is kind of fraud and they dont fear from legal actions .Request you to kindly get the issue resolved and get the coins credited back to my account .

On 04-Jan-2014, I bought a pair of shoes against order no. YBH5059469 and returned back due to size issue.
My wallet was filled with amount of INR 1299, and life time validity to spend that amount was informed.

Now wallet is replaced by Y-coins and it is showing zero coins in my account but I have not used my wallet money.
I mailed twice but there was no response from yebhi support team and phone numbers of yebhi.com is also not working.

I wanted to avail that amount is sale season but due to ignorance and non-responding behavior from yebhi.com, I missed the season.

Kindly support as support team from Yebhi.com not responding.

I had 2749 in my Yebhi account dated expiry period as 100 years because of a cancelled order. Later on, with out any prior information, they split that amount into small coupons of Jabong/Flipkart etc. I contacted support of Yebhi and asked them to refund my money or give a single coupon instead of multiple coupons. The solution they provided is 'deletion of my Yebhi account'. Yes, you heard it correct. They deleted my account so that they don't have to give any coupon. My registered e-mail id is [protected]@rocketmail.com and registered mobile number is [protected]. Please help me resolve this. I am fine with refund or a single coupon. Regards, Surya

Hello, I am Vipin. I have an account in Yebhi.com wherein I kept approx Rs 3000. But now when I am trying to login, the system is not allowing me. I have also tried contacting their customer care no.[protected], but there is also no response. Can someone please help. Also, Please let me know, how to file a complaint in Consumer Forum. More than a year back, I made a 1000 Rs purchase from yebhi.com. They cancel the order and turned my hard earned 1000 Rs into yCoins. I asked them to either cash these coins or give me vouchers of Myntra or Jabong. They never have it. All they have is voucher of some bogus/irrelevant company which i have no interest in. I had bought a top from Yebhi, which I returned. The order number was YBH5651178, amount paid 1762.5/- After I returned this product, it did not reflect in my bank or yebhi account. Later i got some ycoins. And again after few days the coins were zero. And now it does not allow me to login. And there is no reply from the support team from many months. If I do forgot password, it says the ID is not registered with us.

YBH5622742 you can check my previous mails please i have already made it clear that i want refund to be back in my bank account the details of which are already submitted to you as per your instructions only. I do not want any coins in terms of refund with only your sole discretion. Please solve the matter as soon as possible otherwise I would have to knock doors of consumer court as this matter has already taken so long and i already feel being a victim of cheat from shopping from this site. After having to going through what seemed like worst online purchasing experience ever, I returned the products and requested a refund. It got credited into wallet. After few months, they converted the wallet money to some stupid redemption scheme and named them ycoins. Had about 12000 of them or probably more. Now, when i check the account, after a couple of months, the balance is shown as 0. Where the hell is my money? Yebhi.com are freaking losers, cheaters and useless bunch of a-holes on the planet who CANNOT provide any credible service. I realize that this money has gone the drain. Hope this post might help anyone who, by ignorance, is trying to use this worthless website.

Hi, I had bought 3 items long time ago, maybe 8-9 months back. The order was cancelled from Yebhi's side and I was told that I will get Yebhi coins which I did get. Now my problem is that I do not find any vouchers that I can redeem those coins for. There is only Foodpanda and Adda52.com vouchers which is really not something I am going to spend my money on. I have been checking for a very long time but do not find any good vouchers. I have been trying to call the customer care numbers but none of them seem to be working. The last time I spoke to a customer care executive, he said that the website is getting revamped and that the vouchers will soon be available. Been more than 6 months but I am only waiting. I am really irritated over the fact that my money is just lying with you guys and you dont even let me buy anything by not giving vouchers. Can someone please look into this?

In June 2014 I made a purchase on Yebhi but unfortunately that product was not good so I returned and got money in wallet for product and shipping charges that I incurred in sending the product back. But Yebhi got changed so they converted wallet amount to Yebhi coins but that time they didn't converted Rs100 shipping charges to coins and I sent them emails but no response about that. Now few days I was checking my yebhi coin balance and found no balance was there and it showing 0 so sent yebhi email but they are not responding. I was having around 6000 coins but now nothing is showing in account.Yebhi has foodpanda vouchers so how could I have redeemed all of my coins and now they eaten my money.

I have purchased four items online from yebhi.com on 12 May 2014 amounting a total of Rs.2084/- for which payment was made on 12th May 2014. Later I cancelled two items on 18th may 2014 & 19th May 2014 due to delay in shipment.That time the refund amount was refunded to 'My Wallet" in my yebhi a/c. I have asked them to refund the amount to my bank a/c and provided them all the required information asked by them on Oct 2014. But I have not yet received the amount, a total of Rs.315/- & Rs.1177/-. I have not found any customer care number to talk to them.

I had bought an morphy richard kettle 1.8 rapido and the same started leaking and the service guy has put and sticker on the kettle for the replacement and i have been trying to close the issue and running doors to doors for the replacement how you can help, the complaint number is 6052864 logged 3 months back.

Hi, Like others even my refund for an order was converted into Yebhi coins. I was able to log in to my account hoping that i will be able to use the Yebhi coins once you get the vouchers ready for the other website. Suddenly since last week i am unable to log in to my account and i get the message the user does not exist. I am now concerned about the money. Its more than a 1000 RS worth of Yebhi coins that I have in my wallet which i am not able to access anymore.
