[Resolved]  www.hyderabadonlineflorists.com — delivery not done at proper time

This is Muralikrishna .

I have booked one order in "www.hyderabadonlineflorists.com" last week and delivery date mentioned as 13th May. And i clearly mentioned all the information in the order my contact number and receiver contact number everything.I thought delivery done success on that day.

But when call to my relatives they didn't received any order from the site .Then i tryed to call the customer care they didn't pick the call .if i sent any message they are not replying.Finally i got their personal number and asked about the order they said like they are unable to find the address .After that i requested to cancel the order they didn't do that.

Even till date order has not been delivered

So please dont book any orders in above site.
