I HAVE PURCHASED A PRODUCT i.e. "Mega Slim Flask Combo Deal -1 Ltr And 500 ml Vacuum Flasks" UNDER 'SUB ORDER ID NO. 6194911' AND 'ORDER ID - 6070269' ON 29.10.2012 THROUGH ONLINE FROM WWW.TRADUS.COM WHICH IS SHIPPED VIA 'OVERNITE COURIER SERVICE UNDER AWB NO. [protected]'. BUT I RECEIVED THE ITEM IN TOTALLY DAMAGED CONDITION AND ALSO PACKING AND SHIPPING OF THE PRODUCT DONE IN VERY VERY POOR WAY. THE PRODUCT IS SOLD ONLINE BY "GROWMORE RESEARCH AND PMS". THROUGH TRADUS. I GOT TOTALLY DISHEARTENED AND SAD AFTER RECEIVING AND SEEING THE PRODUCT ON 09.11.2012. IT IS HORRIBLE TO SEE THE PRODUCT. I HAVE NO KNOWLEDGE HOW A PRODUCT COULD EVER BE DISPATCHED IN SUCH WAY BY A ONLINE SELLER WHERE I MADE A PREPAYMENT FOR THE PRODUCT AND WHERE PRODUCT HAVE TO TRAVEL FOR A LONG DISTANCE. I HAVE REPEATEDLY MAILING TRADUS FOR HELP BUT NO ANSWER FROM THEIR END. I ALSO TRIED CONSTANTLY TO HAVE A CONVERSATION OVER PHONE AFTER RECEIVING THE ITEM BUT THEY ARE NOT PICKING UP THE PHONE. THEY SHOWED THAT SELLING IS ONLY MOTTO FOR "TRADUS" BUT NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER SELL. THIS NOTHING BUT CHEATING AND COZENING ONLINE PURCHASER WHO HAS A URGE TO RECEIVE THE PRODUCT IN GOOD CONDITION AND A THIRST IN THEIR EYE O[censored]SING THE PRODUCT ON RECEIVING IT.
