I Have been bought new XOLO A700 in month of February and the phone has gone faulty due to moisture and sent phone to repair on 4thMay to XOLO Service center in VASHI. Post which they have sent an update saying the phone is received and it found to be gone bad due to liquid damage and need to pay the amount to service the same.
For which I had few queries before I got it repair. this is the last communication, post which every alternative day I have been calling the XOLO Call center and sending mails to the [protected]@xolo.in mail id but there is no response, every time call the call center I get update saying the phone will be dispatched in 48 hours or you will get the update, and its been 2 months I have been chasing them for it. but no response
