I only had problem in the battery and it was leaking thats why I had given my xolo X910 on the 20th july 13, and they promised me 5 days TAT. its almost 15 days now, i get a response from their call centre that it shall be dispatched within 48 hrs...which doesnt happen at all. Today when i call them they tell me the status updated is under repair.
I feel Lava is cheating the end users and I recommend not to trust Lava and buy any kind of products from them.
Even every time i call them they just only says that we don't have the updates regarding this kindly call after 24 hrs.
What they are doing in the service centre they even do not having the updates.
I REQUEST TO ALL DO NOT BUY XOLO OR ANY LAVA PRODUCTS.
Now I have no option but just wait...
