My problem has not been solved yet how could you approve it as resolved?? I have not received my handset yet and I don't even want that handset I want the compensation for this worst experience for almost 2 years and still I have my documental proofs for not being my handset received how could you be such a fraud? Do a refund to me I'm just mentally harassed by you guys continuously!
