[Resolved] Xolo — mobile phone given for repairing almost 3 months back

I HAD PROVIDED MY MOBILE SET TO THE XOLO COMPANY FOR SOME HARDWARE RELATED PROBLEM. THEY ACCEPTED THE SET AND GAVE ME COMPLAINT NO.[protected] ON THE DATE OF APRIL 5TH 2013. THEY TOLD ME TO DISPATCH MY HANDSET WITHIN 15 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF COMPLAINT. BUT NOW IT IS ALMOST 3 MONTHS I HAVNT RECEIVED THE SET AND FACING LOT OF PROBLEM IN COMMUNICATING WITH COMPANY THEY DONT HAVE SERVICE CENTER. THEY ASSURED US ON SIGHT WARRANTY THATS WHY WE PURCHASED THAT HANDSET. THEY ALWAYS SAY THAT MY HANDSET IS UNDER REPAIRING AND WE CANT GIVE ANY INFORMATION.
PLEASE LODGE MY COMPLAINT AND GUIDE ME WHAT STEPS I CAN TAKE AGAINST THEM

My problem has not been solved yet how could you approve it as resolved?? I have not received my handset yet and I don't even want that handset I want the compensation for this worst experience for almost 2 years and still I have my documental proofs for not being my handset received how could you be such a fraud? Do a refund to me I'm just mentally harassed by you guys continuously!
