As the company has very less service centres so, they are offering pickup facility from home. I had registered a complaint on 08.08.2013 for pickup as my mobile is not getting on. The complaint no. is[protected] o. I had waited for days and called them several times. Then on 16 Aug. 2013 when i called them they simply said sorry the pick up facility is not available at your given address. So, i had changed my address and given my friends address for pick up and registered a new complaint[protected] on 16 Aug. 2013. From that day i am calling them daily but not getting satisfactory answer. But the limit crossed, when one of their representative said it is better you should think of brand before buying(Mobile khardne se pehle sochna tha). I ahd sent them many emails and called their no. hundred of times and not getting any response.Some emails between us for conversation is attached.
