[Resolved]  Xxx — Irregular water supply

Hi, I am thirumal, resident at # 39, 5th cross, 5th main, keb layout, geddalahalli, rmv ii stage, sanjaynagar, bangalore-94. We are experiencing irregular supply of water in our area although our neighbouring areas like Ashwathnagar etc are getting regular water supply. We suspect valve men's money based favouritism in releasing water. This may be looked into. If at all we get supply, it will be for a few minutes, that too without much pressure enough to reach even ground floor house. Incidentally, bwssb have errected new water pipe line making the earlier line dummy. During erection of this new line, some line men have demanded and collected Rs.250/- from each of the house in our area, for reconnecting their water pipe to the new supply connection. We did'nt pay for it as the contractor will be getting his bill paid by bwssb. While they were telling to those who have not paid that some mischief will be done in line connection so that they will suffer life long in getting water supply. We are doubtful of our line connection as to they could have done hurdle in supply line. We are given to understand the contractor's name as nagaraj. This is for kind information of the concerned and we hope necessary action for restoration of regular water supply in our area will be taken immediately. Thanks
