[Resolved] YADU GAS Agency, SAhibabad — NON RECEIVED BOOKED CYLINDER IN TIME, | |||
Dear Sir / Madam, I have a LPG Gas connection with you from long days, my customer number is 56470, from YADU GAS AGENCY, D-33, SITE-4, INDL. AREA SAHIBABAD GHAZIABAD, On 19/03/2010 I have booked a cylender to directly the agency. At the time of booking they assured me that within 3-4 days they can deliver the cylender. But till today dated 02.04.10,I have not received the same. Regarding the above today dated 02.04.10 , I made a quary to gas agency, over telephone, and I am surpried that they checked and told me that already they deliverd that gas cylender to my address at dated 28.03.10, where as till today I have not received the same. So, I think that the delivery person of YADU GAS AGENCY, D-33, SITE-4, INDL. AREA SAHIBABAD GHAZIABAD, delivered my cylender or sale out to other person for his own interest. You are requsted to do something as early from your end . YADU GAS Agency, SAhibabad — Very poor response and Misbehave from their employees
Dear Sir,Your agent for gas cylinder supply M/S Yadu Gas Services, D-33, Site-4, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad has given the following nos. 2895768, 2896034, 2896035, 2896036 for booking gas refill. It is common phenomena that for booking a refill you have to try continuously for 15-20 days>mobile no [protected] is comming alway switched off.pls take some strict action against the yadu gas agency.people are suffering a lot.Why the no's given are comming always engaged.
One more issue i would like to bring in your notice...Their most of the employees are illetrate and misbehaves with the consumers. Their tendency is to keep the change ( 5 rs ) every time. They never keep change and expect you to provide all the amount in cash ( be it 295 rs or so...how can a person provides 95 rs change if they can not provide 5 rs change ). I am really frustrated with their attitude. Would like to highlight this with IOCL and need to know who is marketing manager from IOC looks after this area. Please help !!

Not Deliver the GAS Cylinder
My consumer no is 61198 & I booked my gas on dated 03-03 AT YADU GAS AGENCY, D-33, SITE-4, INDL. AREA SAHIBABAD GHAZIABAD, they agreed to deliver the gas within 4 day, but I am not able to find the Cylinder to till time on dated 31.03.10 and for this I contact varius time in gas agency, the contact person Mr. chauhan ji said that your gas cylinder will richen in the same day . I BOOKED A COOKING GAS CYLINDER DATED 13.06.2011 THROUGH MY CONNECTION NO. 59276 AT 02.10 PM . TILL DATE DELIVERY WAS NOT MADE BY YADU GAS . I HAVE REGULARLY CONTACTED BY PHONE FROM LAST 5 DAYS AND YADU GAS REPRESANTATIVE MR. MAHESH & OTHERS ASSURED DAILY TODAY EVENING CYLINDER DELEVER TO YOUR HOME BUT COULD NOT.
THEY ARE KEEPING THE PHONE BUSY MOST OF THE TIME. IF RING GOES THEY DON'T PICK UP. PL ENSURE DELIVERY..

This is very pathetic excersise going on by YADU GAS SEWA, my Customer No. is -53253 and i booked a cylinder 20 days before but till date i couldn't receive it, No buddy responding on Given Numbers.
They never provide any Service number after book the cylinder over the Phone nor they have time to listen your next word & Immidiatily Cut the Phone.
Every buddy is Corrupt from top to Bottom, neither its not Cup of Tea of Yadu Gas Sewa that, after so Many complaints regarding their Services the are not ready to improve their Services.
Why any Action not taken against them.
After all these Services, They are Happy, Gov. is Happy, & Mango (General) People are suffering and Suffering... And Suffering.

It is really a matter of regret that most o[censored]s are suffering from one or the other problems from the same source.There is no one to listen our protests here.
