yahoo india small business" is doing hosting for our company.our website and email rely on them.
its their routine to deactivate our account stating non payment,though we paid not even a single time,but twice for same account.
when contacted simply said the same,when sent our account statement for proof,apologize name sake,but the worst part is our problem is yet to be solved.
this happen to our company 4th time this year.
suggest us where to give complaint against them,who is the right authority in india to take action against them?

A service provided by Yahoo called Yahoo small Business is nothing but a crap. The company is undoubtedly providing the web hosting services along with domain registration for just Rs 2246 but showing 1999* only while promotions. Now the matter of fact is that Yahoo small business services or you may say yahoo web hosting services are the worlds worst web hosting services ever found. Its servers are always down without any backups. I am trying to edit and modify my files for last 10 days and the server always comes with an error that 'we have encountered a problem.Now if some how you got interested to get a domain name registered with Yahoo small business then I must remind you that its techincal or server facilities are also poor. Its not comply with the mostly required softwares. It has the older versions of MySql and PHP. If you are up to start a e-commerce site ,forum based site,social networking or classified ad sites. Definitely its not going to work.
So people be aware of that.
