I purchased gifts and expensive cake that they mention on the website is from TAJ 5 star hotel bakery.The cake was suppose to be same day delivery to Mumbai. I paid extra for midnight delivery but my order was delivered the next day at 7.45 pm after wasting several international calls to complaint to them. The worst experience is they actually called the receiver saying they have a delivery and telling them the sender name in advance which is very bad as this should have been seen at their door step as a surprise.and not before delivering it.
Finally on receiving the cake, the recipient informed the cake delivered by Right Florist, Pedder road on behlaf of gifts-to-india.com was not from TAJ but a simple cake from THE BAKED HOUSE which when browse on their website is worth half the price to the one I have paid for TAJ.
This is very unfair and a ripped off. I feel people should not buy from this delivery companies. Maybe alot of their satisfied guest never checked with the recipient if the cake received was from what they suppose to have paid for on the packing, as they may never be thought that they have actually been cheated.
This company may also be affiliated with http://www.mumbaionlineflorists.com as the website is same design, same contents and same price. Maybe they have other website, the idea is maybe if one customer is not satisfied, they will jump to another seller and by chance the same cheat as gifts-to-india.com
