Dear Sir/Madam,

I am not even sure if any one is reading this or not.I have no idea if it will be of any use or not to me.But still want to express myself.We have this freedom of expression in this country.

I bought this yamaha bike last december. My first one.So natuarally I was too exited about the whole thing.I even ignored the seriously bad service which the Yamaha dealer (PANACHE ENTERPRISES) provided.he made me wait for the bike like a dog till evening.But as I told I was so exited to get my bike home.They even charged me 100 bucks as part of "baksish"... For wat??????

Anyway, I rode my bike for sometime.Then came my 1 st servicing, never do they stick to the promise of delivering my bike in time.In my 2nd servicing a weird sound was heard.They murmurred among themselves and just changed the engine oil.And I never came to know what happened.On my 3rd servicing they told that my bore kit was spoilt due to over tightening of spark plug.I had no idea again wat happened. I asked if i am eligible for warranty since this is no was any external damage and the servicing is done by yamaha authorized dealers.My several request were in vain. I felt like I am being charged for their mistake.Now isn't it common sense that I could not have possible damaged my engine in just 5 months of riding in city.(I do not ride rash).Even this was not enough ..they told me that the parts had to come from faridabad and it would take 5-7 days.I waited for atleast a call from the dealers but in vain.When I called they kept on postponing the date of delivery of my bike telling that parts did not arrive.I do not understand, I am livibg in bangalore which is no way a village or small town.How come they do not have basic parts in yamaha authorised service centers? In the mean time I asked the delers to get in touch with the "Company service engineer" and try for my warranty claim. But he said after a few days that the company engineer also had the same thing to tell. "My engine problem is not under warranty" My question is under what circumstances the warranty helps??????Please let me know. Today was heights, I was told to come at 6pm to get my bike . When I arrived there I found it still in pieces and in no way it was in any state to be delivered. The manager still told that it would take half an hour. I waited and after half an hour he toild me to have another bike as he can get my bike ready only by next day.Is n't it heights of bad service and more so for a famous company like yamaha. I am quite sure they will come out with some lame excuse tommorrow also . i am even doubting that I will ever get my bike back.the delear's address is given below:

how is your bike now... ?? I was planning to take an fz from panache enterprises, but after reading your review i'm confused. Do you have any suggestion ??
Pananche is the worst service center i have ever seen in my life. No proper service, no warranty claim and don't deal gently with the customers. I had bought R15 from yamaha factory shop, pune and serviced 4 times. service was quiet good and no issues. 6 months back i moved to bangalore. i did my first service in panache and speedometer sensor failed. when i asked for warranty they said that sensor is not covered under warranty. i called up to pune factory shop and confirmed it is under warranty. finally i went to bangalore wheels service center and replaced it for free of cost. after my second service in panache i got temperature warning in the MF display often. then i took bike to perfect riders and came to know that the lid of the radiator is not closed. it is all because of careless, useless, shameless, , , brainless employees and managers of panache. they are educated to repair bicycles and bullock carts only.. still i have many other complaints about panache. please dont step into that nasty place even if they do service free of cost..

Yamaha — Intentionally Delaying the Bike Servicing

Hello Sir/ Mam

This complaint is against the Yahama showroom situated at Raisen road, Bhopal. I have a Yahama Bike (FZ) which needs urgent servicing. The bike servicing will include :

1. Change of Block Piston
2. Change of oil seals
3. Change of headlight
4. Change of engine oil + (Regular servicing)

The workers in the showroom have been delaying my service since the last 1 month, as they are telling me that they don't have parts in available. The Block piston is under warranty and the warranty will end in Feb next month. That is the reason they are delaying the service so that i should also pay for the Block. Because of this delaying the condition of the bike is becoming worst day by day.

It's my request that please have someone look into this matter. I'll be very thank ful.

I have gone ther efor my bike's first 6 services.. All were at a very satisfactory level.
I had a similar experience when I got my first bike Yamaha SZ-X from Yamaha Dealer( Panache Enterprises- Marathalli Branch, Bangalore). It was my first bike so I was excited about it. The Dealer gave me a list of Accessories stating that they were inportant for the Bike, and I paid the price of all the acceesories, they gace me all the accessories except Petrol Lock which I am following it up with the dealer till date.

Today I went for my second servicing and I asked for the petrol Lock once again for which I have paid the price, again the same old story from the lady sitting in the Panache office that the Petrol Lock is out of Stock. So Yamaha selling accessories taking the price of the petrol lock and not givng the equipment, and it is really a awesome customer service from them when they are not at all sorry for such a pathetic service, when asked the lady about some compalint number where I can escalate it, after arguing and the end she gave me a number which keeps on ringing but nobody picks up the phone.

I bought a R15 from Panache motors on 10th Feb 2011. Within one month, the speedometer stopped working. They changed some sensor on the bike(free of cost).But the problem continued. They replaced the speedometer free of cost again. From last week, i am getting weird vibrations from the bike(the front mask part).When i checked, all the parts were tight and properly bolted. Then i found out that the right fairing was not placed in the mask groove properly, but this is not the reason for the vibrations.There were many more problems related to the bike. But in one way, the response from them towards me was very warm and comfortable. But, i hate the time they take to attend your queries.
few months back i was going home and gave my bike to a friend. coz the 3rd free service (claimable) falls in my vacation, he gave the bike to this yamaha showroom. During the next servicing I've observed that instead of 3rd they intentionally did 4th servicing. when i asked them they said it is short of 1 day.
On second servicing they opened the showroom an hour late. Some of the guys left waiting for 40 mins. I'm sure they also get the above problem like me...
Once I've observed a guy fighting with some in-charge here for not calling him after the service on the same day. When he called back for the status they said "we are closing now you can collect the bike tomorrow". They can delay accepting/delivering bikes but we should not. On 4th servicing I told that the chain is making noise when I hold the clutch, after the service i've observed that the problem is still there... I think they simply wash the bike and apply some oil and give it to you back. no proof of oil change or etc...

On 5th servicing they just washed the bike without wiping off water drops and parked outside the showroom... it was dark outside and i didnt observe it. you can imagine how it will be... I had bajaj pulsor for 3 years(in Hyderabad).

Every time i used to give it + or - 7 days and never get any problem.(even though it is free service)

Yamaha India has to take some action to improve servicing...
I did a big mistake by giving here for 4 times!!! and will never repeat for the paid services
I agree that PANACHE ENTERPRISES is one of the worst sales and service center. After giving so-many complaint to yamaha-india also they are changed as well as yamaha-india not taken any action to provide best service to the costumer.

I will explain about my problem in points.

My father first big gift is YAMAHA SZ-X With his retreated money.
1. I waited for delivery of my bike for a 2.5 months.
2. My bad luck exactly within a week i got major accident. They taken 1 month for service excluding one part which will avoid of sound coming from the bike.
3. At last they replaced that part after giving negative feedback on panache in YAMAHA servery and raised compliant to YAMAHA INDIA by online.
4. Till date i am getting mileage of 30-35 Km/Lit

I gave my R15 to this center for a regular servicing which had shown no problem ever since the day of purchase.

After receiving my bike from the service center, my bike broke down right in between the traffic signal the very next day. It wasn't able to take the self start and I had to push it all the way. I put down a new battery in desperation; these guys took another 2 weeks to "repair" it by changing few more electronics part --charging me for it as well (obviously it was their fault as no such issues ever came before servicing). Now my bike has broke down again with so much money and time gone to waste.

It makes me think that these guys have either replaced my original bike part or they do not know their job at all. Either way, Yamaha owes me rectification of the damage they have brought to my bike.All these events of last 15 days have bordered on harassment . I am rlooking for a rectification of this issue from a trust-able servicing center
Panache Enterprises is the worst place to either purchase or service your bike.

Purchase a Bike:
This store quotes the highest price in all of Bangalore and is not at all negotiable (not the case with other stores in JP nagar, Bannerghatta Road etc., ).
The waiting time is also high in this store compared to any other store in Bangalore.

Service:
The service here is pathetic. I went for my regular service, explained all the issues with my bike and handed over the keys to the guy. Before leaving he asked if I wanted to get Teflon coating (it is supposed to make my bike like a new one), and that would cost 500 for 2 coats. I agreed to that.

That day when i went back to collect my bike, it looked uncleaned (not sure even if they even did water wash). When i asked the guy about teflon coating he brought a piece of cloth and started cleaning the bike, when i asked if that was all 'Teflon Coating' was he replied 'This is a very special cloth on which he sprayed some very expensive fluid'. I was there all along and I don't recollect seeing anything like that.
I was shocked with their answer, left with no choice i had to take the bike. Seriously 500 bucks for cleaning your bike with apiece of so called 'Special Cloth'. These people are just looting the customers. The service charges are expensive compared to the other Yamaha stores.

It was a very bad experience there for me, I heard a lot from others as well about this store. Highly recommend you to skip the store.
This is not a good place to either purchase or service your bike.

I have Yamaha FZ version 2, bought when it got launched on Aug 14 delivered to me on Sep 15. With Every service i see some
problem in bike . I do service only in YAMAHA Panache Enterprise, with in time and kilometers.
They have quoted everytime some issue and icharged me more then service, On dec 15 they changed my Air filter and relay
with out informing when i told there was no problem in my bike then they fitted old air filter.
I complained this issue with Indiranagar manager he told he will change Air filter, i went to Indiranagar service center
manager no : [protected] he changed my air filter according to him . Today i gave for service and i got call from Panache Enterprise Yamaha Air filter is bad and has to replaced . When question why it got bad in 3 months as it was newly fitted . then they
told I am driving in dust area thats is reason .

I am upset with the service by Panache Enterprise Yamaha they suck money and time of customer .

    Last date your company Hindustan Yamaha employee say me parts has been changed till dated 30/05/2010 but still date any type of part not come in your dealer Point many time i go their and told him regarding my bike problem like you know very well about all problem and rpm problem is also available their.

    On Dated 07/05/2010 My husband Mr Robin Goyal going some personal work on the way when he is on highway bike run on her proper speed automatically bike RPM has been going in high speed and he is safe his life god knows and after that he going with friend your dealer ship Hindustan Yamaha compilation this Problem Yamaha Staff say you don't know about driving and miss behave with my husband .

    Sir, plz let me know how many time i completion regarding my bike and mail you ? if you and your company don't take any action with my bike , i take legal action against with your dealer and company with in two days .

      I bought a yamaha fz 16 on january and in this 4 months i am facing a lot of problem.the service center is very poor and they dont hear what we say.From the first service I get a lot of noise coming from the engin and the pick up is very bad.even a splendor can overtake me.I reported this sevral times and never rectified.This creates a very bad impression on yamaha.I got the vechicle from Raj Yamaha, Thoraipakkam,Chennai.

      My bike had a weird vibrating/metal sound coming from the rear. I feared for the worst. A colleague recommended I go to Raj Yamaha. They diagnosed, fixed and road tested it in apparently under 6 hrs, as that was all I was charged for. What a fantastic deal, especially when some service centers would have just rebuilt the transmission to collect more money from me. Thank you Raj Yamaha for saving my bike.
      Hi my name is Rakshit. Even I own the same bike, I just wanted to ask u that was the sound increasing with speed.
      Raj Yamaha is the worst service center of the whole chennai.
      Never Go for this one.
      I got a yamaha gladiator which I gave for the first service which took two weeks. Till then I didnt have any problem except that my milieage is only 40. From the point I got the bike back my problems started with my front fork. After checking with another service center I found that the front fork has been replaced. Guys these people are replacing the new ones in the new bike with duplicate ones. I guess thats the reason for them to take that many days for any sort of service or so. Please suggest what could I do in this case and how can I prove them.

        Respected sir,
        My name is Devendra Mirkute.I had booked a white R15(limited edition) in thane at AIMS yamaha showroom near akruti mall junction,next to vikas palms,Dr ambedkar road,Thane-400601.
        I had booked the bike on[protected].The dealer told me that he will give my bike in a month and this bike is new edition and only ten days have passed.I visited the show room a couple of times and he used to tell me to wait for some days.41 days have passed and now he is telling me that the bike is not available and company will not produce that bike cause it was limited edition.i suspect that he is cheating me and giving the bike to other people just becuase they are going to pay him more.
        Now a days dealers are taking more money in order to give bike early.I am attaching a image of the receipt the dealer gave me ...please help me sir.
        i hope this complaint will not go on deaf ears.I am waiting for a positive reply..Thank you.

        Dealer not giving the bike

        Respected sir,

        i'm shinoj.t.chandran, i had booked a red yamaha SZX on[protected]
        from PSN Agencies PVT.LTD, cochin.The dealer told me that he will give my bike within 10 days.After 10 days i contacted to them, they told me waiting for some days.ok, then i have no 'problem'.they contact me on '[protected]' and told me issue your bike by next day, i visited show room on the next day(13/12/2010) and saw bike, the dealer told me that we have some registration problems today, so we issue your bike on next day. The next day, i did not get bike, they sell that bike to another person . i meet the sales manager and general manager, they told me waiting for another 10 more days or we refunded your amount.this is a poor service, bad commitement to customer and I am disappointed as a first time buyer. i hope this complaint will not go on deaf ears.I am waiting for a positive reply..Thank you.

          I brought Yamaha Frazer 150 cc on[protected], which after riding for an hour left me with bad shoulder pain when consulted doctor advised to check with the bike alignment which could be causing the pain.
          The bike surprisingly did not have any stability the bike handle was pulling towards left side which is why i was having pain in my shoulder. Now after so may QC checks by Yamaha how come i received this kind of bike. What are my rights and how should I approach Yamaha regarding this.

              Dear Sir,

              I own a Yamaha R15 (Reg No. MH06AR9074, CH.No.ME120P[protected], E No. 20P1001618) which was bought from Naman Auto, Panvel. I have had a very bad experience with the Yamaha Service Centre owned By Naman Auto, Panvel. I have been complaining about a coolant leakage problem from my bike during the last 2 free service. Both the time the service centre guys tightened the cap of the coolant cap in the bike and said that the leakage is because of that. This problem reported by me will be logged in their service records. After the completion of the free service and warranty period when i complained that the problem still persisted, they said that the radiator of the bike had a leakage and they sticked it with M Seal. When i asked them to replace they radiator they said that the bike's warranty period is over and will notify me when the area service manager comes to the service centre and that i can speak to him. Till now they have not called me and this is more than a month after i serviced the bike. I want the radiator replaced since this problem was notified to them before the expiry of my warranty and it was their duty to identify the problem and get it replaced.

              Secondly the service centre guy do not allow anyone to be with the bike while it is serviced and i have always gone for Yamalube, the recommended engine oil during all my services and have also serviced my bike during regular intervals but they also told me during my last service that there was no engine oil in my bike when they opened it and my bike's engine has become rough and the engine oil is getting contaminated with some metal pieces. I dont understand how the bike engine oil can finish or get contaminated if they had filled it the last time during the service.

              I am very much annoyed wih the experience and need justice for the same. After trusting a world leading brand in two wheelers like Yamaha and spenidng 1.08 Lakhs of hard earned money on a bike if this is the sort of service i am getting its very sad. I had always recommended my friends to go for Yamaha bikes and now such a experience in which they cheat me. I want to raise a complaint and get my problems resolved. Please Help Me.               I agree with this complaint as even i have a R15 bike bought oct'08 in Bangalore and after each service I have experienced one or the other problems and every time I have spent more money than the cost incurred for a general service, initially I thought it was quite common with an expensive bike like R15 but that was not the realty, mechanics are not well trained if they remove 4 bolts from the bike they fix only 2 and the other two will be missed and they don't even think the significance of each bolt fitted in the bike and they feel that the engineers who designed are fools and they unnecessarily fixed extra bolts. this is one simple example of the the service, there are many such incidents for which it was required for me to pay for my life because of mechanics and supervisors negligence. service in Bangalore is very very bad, especially in Orion Motors which is opposite to Forum mall. they are looting bike owners like anything in one or the other form. How an expensive bike parts can be so worst "radiator leak, switch malfunctioning, break show, bearing (the worst metal which rusts very fast costs around 2500 to 4000). Suggestion: buy a Yamaha bike don't expect for good service, i[censored] r reach then change the bike every 2 months or go for some Indian based bikes which can be serviced by an uneducated road side mechanic or by yourself.
              i agree. Coolant leakage problems are common. If not fixed immediately, engine can seize. consult with a lawyer and take legal action.
              Yea sounds disappointing, looks like Japan outsourcing it's bike manufacturing duties to India and Thailand, costing the livelihood of bike uses while making bigger profits for corporate gain.
              I bought R15 V2.0 (racing blue) on July 31, 2013. I really enjoyed my ride for about 7-8 months and then I realised my bike was not in a good condition though she was maintained perfectly. It feels like sluggish engine and some kind of weird noise while revving up the engine and i've been complaining about those issues with the authorised dealers but I guess they doesn't event know about resolving the problem, they just replacing engine oil, chain lube and water wash-Is that a service?? Even a local mechanic can do the same or better. I must say about AMBAL MOTORS, EGMORE, CHENNAI please never ever think about servicing your bike at AMBAL motors, they're cheat and FRAUD. They are hiring a local mechanic guy to work for them, who doesn't even have the knowledge about R15 engine details. I have no words in the world to explain about my experience I had with them. Now I am regretting my decision of buying R15. You know what, the above mentioned problems was not yet resolved. I am just wondering did the authorised dealers in INDIA really know about YAMAHA bikes. I completely hate YAMAHA/R15. Please help me to get the above mentioned issues resolved ASAP.

              i have same coolant leakage problem but it is leaking from coolant storage tank i have changed that tank and still it was leaking and than i changed cap of that tank but still its leaking like anything it sucks i already spent 6k on my bike now they want me to change the whole coolant kit radiator and all.

                this is Janminder Singh Hanspal, i bay i Yamaha FZ bike dtd 20-06-09 and i had a problem from service dealer Rahul Yamaha, when i was leaved my bike for a first service to service center and i told the service manager i had i doubt the puncher in rear tyre could you plz check it that, but when i was took my bike from the service center they add the 250 Rs. in bailed for two puncher repairs in their tyre when I discuses the manager for that charged and he told me their has a tubeless tyre and it will be charged that same. and I was asked also who was took my vehicle for repaired the puncher tyre he told Mahender Mechanic was took my vehicle for repaired. when i asked the Mahender where from you are repaired the vehicle for punchers. he asked me some address and I was go there and i confirm that but the person who met me there they told me they can't repaired my vehicle and when I was rang the Mahender he asked me he was not repaired my vehicle's punchered from punchered shop and take it off all the amount 250Rs in his pocket. this is first impression from Rahul Yamaha to me and one thing more when I was leaving my bike to service center, mahender asked me for some money and he told me also he will be good care of my bike through this. and second time when I go there for my second service for my vehicle, I was leaved my vehicle with full tank of petrol, but when i was took my vehicle from the service center , my bike was Reserve position after run 8KM and I was consult the manager for that incident he bludy asked me Sir when you was leaved you vehicle it was petrol is about 2 point in their fuel tank. and he checked the fuel from his stupid scale. even I was told this incident to the owner of Rahul Yamaha but he can't listen anything from my side... and one more wonder thing happened some day before my bike was scared and it was Frok T was misalignment and I was goose to drop my bike in service center on Dtd. 20-02-10 and there manager was full inspections my bike and he assured me my bike will be repaired. and it has a goose in proper condition. in the evening when I was got my bike and received the bill and I can shock to saw the billed it has charged the following below:
                1. Handle Bar 240/-
                2. Servicing 150/-
                3. Engine Oil 220/-
                4. Chain Lube. 70/-
                5. Chain Clean 70/-
                6. String Backet Bal. 350/-
                7. Shock Asmbly. RHS Balancing 375/-
                8. Shock Asmbly. LHS Balancing 375/-
                9. Front Alloy Wheel Balancing 250/-
                10. Disc Plate Balancing 450/-
                11. Opening & Fitting Labour 250/-
                12. ST 50/-
                Total Amount is 2920/-
                and now the my doubt is this they charged me so much extra for the Sl. No. 7 to 10 because in have my knowledge is the both parts of the bike are changed when it was damaged or misalignment but my Service center manager asked me they repair the both parts now could you please tell the this kya ye parts jo hain wo repair hote hain ... Disc Plate or Alloy Wheels ....?
                now the I was paid all the bill what ever the amount there... and tomorrow Dtd 21-05-10 I went to the Rahul Yamaha Showroom and I was told the all what happed to me after long dis cation with his Manager finally he asked me you sale the your vehicle because your are not satisfy from bike. that time I argue with him and I told him I was satisfy form bike but not your Service.... I was except from this type of ans from him...
                now plz tell ki ab mein apani bike ko kahan par repair karwayon .... now I have a see only oneway now the I will realy resale the my bike in to much Lose.... and never purchased any vehicle of YAMAHA.....

                  I had purchased a Yamaha FZ 16 bike from a Yamaha dealer M/s Karpe on 27th January 2010. Some days back i just checked the petrol tank and i noticed that it was totally rusted. I informed the same to the dealer and asked for a free replacement under warranty. But instead of replacing the tank the dealer started blaming me saying that i mixed water with petrol and so it got rusted and hence i cannot claim warranty for the same.

                    I am belong to jalandhar ( punjab) and i am working in Ludhiana (Punjab). That is atleat 65 Km far away from my residence address. I used train for daily updown.
                    I am working in pvt orgnisation. I have off only on sunday and national holidays. And same days Yamaha service center at Gupta Motors are also closed.

                    Today is saturday and i take half day only for service of my bike. I was reached your service center at 5.35 pm. But the supervisor of your serrvice deptt has refused for service becauese of day off.

                    I request him to please treat this some special bacuse its not possible to come special for service of my bike, But no body listen my request.
                    I request to owner of gupta motors but they also not corporate, they told that his team is very much punctual for time. he cannot help me
                    I remmember, when i was planed for a bike, i take a quotaion from agency at 7.30 pm. that time agency was open just because of a sale.
                    on the time of sale the agency can open till late night and sunday also, then why they cannot spend half an hours for service to his customer.

                    please help me because i am also employee of a pvt orgnisation and its not possible for me take a leave just for the service of my bike.

                      Fazer — Battery Problem

                      I Have Purchased a new Yamaha Fazer on this 10th of October But after two weeks of purchase it started giving me problem like not getting started through self and there is no kick in this bike to start this bike i have to turn the wheel in 4th or 5th gear for 4 to 5 times but some times it doesn't get started i have made complaint to the dealer of the Yamaha Motor Northern Yamaha, Faridabad but there is no positive response from the side they send me to the main branch of Exide batteries and they send me back to the Northern Motors. I got Irritated by this behavior of both of them kindly do the needful in this regards i shall be thankful to you.
                      i have bought fazer in aprill 2010 and having the same problem plz help the battery wound't start even after one day break while no bike has this problem

                      1> check oil level of the engine by parking bike on rlatively flat surface & verticle as possible if above the requied level then drain the oil & refill it to correct level (high oil level can hamper engine )
                      2> if its ok then check for fuel used is mistakenly 2t premixed fuel is used ?i[censored]sed then drain it & refill your bike with speed & also drain carb
                      3>if above 2 things are ok then your are in deep search for yamaha factory shop near by you & get you bike repaired

                      Same Problem, bought my bike in april 2010, and the battery is really bad. always have to push my bike to start in the mornings. Personaly recharged the battery, but still the probelm persists from next day.

                        Very bad experience with the service Dealer and service Manager.I purchased my gladi last year.it was gone smooth.after six months heard some noise from the engine.I told the service manager about this issue.He made some changes and gave back to me.later a week the noise again.after this issue i gave them more then 3 services.but still its not rectified.The service manager didnt respond me correctly..

                            I would like to draw your attention regarding a problem with the after sale service at one of your dealer "Excellent Yamaha" 1, Shanti Sadan, 45, Telli Park Road, Andheri (east) Mumbai where I have purchased FZ 16 Registration No: MH-02- BK- 1512.

                            Please find below my experience with my last paid service.

                            1) Servicing is not carried out in a professional manner. It’s better if I wash it at home with a hose and clean it myself.

                            2) They Charge us for filter and oil replacement, but when I checked the engine oil at home the same day, the oil was black and watery. I have been cheated by Excellent Yamaha and this matter is serious and could tarnish Yamaha India’s name. I have been using bikes since 23 years and never seen an unprofessional service center like Excellent Yamaha

                            3) The rear excel nut was lose and could easily maneuver it with your bare hands.

                            There are a list of things and I have attached links of people who have similar complains of Excellent Yamaha.

                            Please look into this asap.

                            I have purchased Y. FAZER, red color, it's now fading why...it's chitting with me...now what i do...matter is serious
                            even i have a problem with the same my rear brake though i have told them many time to repair it because it used to net get apllied imidiately and also the dont have fazer's parts with them.

                            The after sales service sucks a lot...I have FZ and i am talking about the service centre at Panvel it really pisses off and moreover they took more than 2 days to service my bike...and still not done properly...Even if there is any minor repair they ask to Repair it and i have spent almost 2-3000 in just accessories over the last 1 and 1/2 years...The service is pathetic, at times i think of taking the bike to the local garage and get things done in a better way... Hope you guys look into this matter otherwise you are gona loose the Huge marketplace in india...!

                            I have given my YAMAHA BIKE(ALBA), Registration Number KL-56B-9124, Engin no:5TSA036283, Chasis no :ME15TSOA3A2036240 on 23/5/2011, to your APCO YAMAHA CALICUT for 7th servicing. Next day I got my vehicle back.The service bill shows that the Brake Shoe replacement as well as water servicing . I have paid the bill. After tharough examination I found that the brake shoe was not replaced and water servicing was not done.After long discussion with your dealer they agreed that it was not replaced. I feel it is a mere case of cheating the customer.How can we give vehicle to the servicing agencies of this kind.
                            You are requested to investigate the matter and take appropriate action against the culprits. The loss incured me due to your lack of service may be compensated at the ealiast and did not allow to continue such dealers.

This bike dealer in vikroli also, i had given my bike for servicing there. when i got it back it has bearing sound in the engine and the ignition key is getting jammed. dont know wat they do. they dont have trained mechanics. when i asked them they say it will go after sometime. yamaha has to look into the matter. if there is no proper servicing no one will buy these bike. hopeless servicing.

I bought new YAMAHA R-15 racing blue color on[protected] from PEARL YAMAHA, Kondapur branch.From the day one im facing the issues with its tyres as the air is leaking from both the tyres and i need to refill it every alternate day. I told the same to the sercvicing people 4-5 times, but every time they told me its not a problem,c;oz its summer and it happens so and the same we will check in first servicing.

                              I waited fir the first servicing and then they told there is no problem with typre....damn......after filling the tyre with 28 (front) and 33(rear) after one day its becoming 15 and 10.......the same when i told them i asked them for replacement ..they are telling me the cant replace the tyres......its very frustating for me after paying 1,13000 rs for a bike and not getting satisfied....can anyone help me on this ????

                              i am facing the same problem but only in my rear tyre. i got it checked from a puncture guy. he says my rim must be bent cz the air leaks from the part where the rim meets the tyre. although ive never had an accident or evn went over a pot hole or anything. they say either get a new rim, or get a tube fitted as a cheap jugaad in the tubeless tyre. Ive given my bike for servicing in mumbai today. ive told him about the same problem. lets see. if i get a solution today il let you no.

                              same problem in my fz 16. take it goos MRF centres, they will do little paint removal work on the beedings, i.e near the place where rim and tyre meet, there wont be any problem after that . i did the same thing, but there s little leak. else better do a good painting by removing the tyre. It is all because of low quality of YAMAHA rims. Not because of tyres. YAMAHA is the reson for such things.
                              Guys this became big problem with yamaha tubeless tyres. Im planning to put a legal notice to Yamaha to do something for my yamaha fz 16 for the same air leak. I have already mailed to yamaha back office to repair my ryres. Then they called me and asked me to take bike to any near by Yamaha serive centre. They removed the paint and gave. It was good for a week. i have done like this twice. But again it started to leak. So i will be sending a legal notice in this week.

                              i saw resendly 8 r15 bikes in chennai..all are got the same problem...wheel paint comes off also in the delta box...now a days yamaha..lacking in quality...please don't buy yamaha...untill they answer this issue...in city use pulsar 150 or 180..is best...

                              Hi All, There is a design fault ..i have checked with my friends who own Fazer and they too are finding the air leakage issue through the rim ...i feel its a waste bike now
                              yep its true I had this problem especially with my rear tyre which was replaced recently though the front tyre does leak but not as bad as the rear one, i have tried nitrogen too it doesn't help.
                              my friend owns a cbr 250 which also comes with tubeless but it doesn't have this problem
                              the pulsar 200Ns aslo comes with MRF tubeless but they don'tseem to have this problem...

                                I bought my Yamaha FZ 16 some 6 or 7 months back in Warangal, Andhra Pradesh.
                                1. From the very beginning the front tyre was giving problems. I got it checked for any punctures but could not detect any. After a month or so i went back to the dealer, Shiva Yamaha, Warangal with the complaint. They just checked the tyre pressure, pumped in air and asked me to come back after a few days. In the meantime, i along with my family relocated to Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh.
                                2. After about a couple of months in Gwalior, i took my bike for servicing to the local Yamaha dealer- Shri Krishna Motors, Gwalior. In the meantime i noticed there was profuse leakage from the fuel cock. And the bike all of a sudden shuts down completely while riding. I told the supervisor of the workshop of all these problems, and he noted them down in service worksheet, and handed over the bike to the guy who was to do the servicing. When i wanted to tell this guy about the problems, he very grumpily told me to sit down and said he will take care of it and refused to listen to me.
                                3. Which proved true, because when the bike was delivered to me after the servicing I was shocked that they have not changed the fuel cock. Upon reminding them they asked me to shell out Rs. 175/- for a new fuel cock.
                                4. Upon reminding them of the sudden seizure of the engine, they just kept mum and went about their business. The guy who serviced my bike apparently vanished from the scene.
                                5. When i reminded of the tyre problem, they too pumped in some air and asked me to come after a few days. I went, but they took the tyre out and got it fixed from somewhere outside.
                                The point is, i went for the bike thinking that Yamaha being an international company will have proper professional servicing agents. The workshops have all modern gadgets but till now i haven't seen them using them. Neither in Warangal or in Gwalior. They are just gathering dust. The mechanics are not very helpful and very unprofessional. On the other hand, I found the servicing of Bajaj bikes much better. There they at least inquire about the problems and try to fix them. And they also wash and polish the bike before delivering the bike. Yamaha just washes, and thats a very shoddy job.
                                I don't know if this complaint will have any effect on Yamaha Motors or not, or to the above mentioned dealer. With this kind of shoddy after sales service Yamaha will surely loose its value and customers. This kind o[censored]nprofessional attitude and bad servicing is not expected from an international company of such stature.
                                Please look into the matter and try to help me out.

                                  I had BuyedYamaha fazer on 05/02/10 in nalagonda and i gave my byke servicing in khammam which was my native place when i went to give servicing i said about problems regarding digital meter,fuel indicator they just said that digital meters doesnot work and they argued with me so please try to keep good servicing centers and try to check digital meters for comming ymaha fazer bykes

                                    I had purchased a new bike from Ms Yamaha Motors private limited authorized dealer on[protected]. I had given periodical services as per the users manual and at that time i claimed some complaints regarding the poor performance of the vehicle, the mechanics are not at all attempted to resolve the claimed complaints and they return back the vehicle after washing and changing the engine oil. The responses and service from the show room and mechanics are very poor.

                                    Absolutely Correct, i Agree with you, the dealer are not taking responsible after they sold the Yamaha Motor Bike.The Mechanics are also not attending the customer complaints and i do not want to blame Mechanics also because they have work pressure on servicing no of bikes per day. so the full responsibility goes to the dealer.i would recommend an idea for this .Yamaha should cancel all the authorization for the service towards the dealer and the start exclusive service point at least in all cities with the well trained engineer/mechanics if Yamaha want to keep the quality service and Customer happy.

                                      Yamaha motor india pvt ltd — provident fund not transferred yet.

                                      I left Yamaha on 19th July 2008,my employee code is 50264 . I applied for PF transfer but still it is pending. even after taking continious follow up , no one was giving proper response , not getting my complete PF A/C NO. also.

                                        I have booked for yamaha yzf R15 at Power Bikes Pvt. Ltd. on 18/03/2010.
                                        I preferred midnight black color for the same.
                                        Since then I have been told by the dealer that company is not sending fore said model in midnight black color. It's been around a month I have been calling the dealer when would the vehicle arrive. They said they are helpless as company is send other variant colors.
                                        Could you please guide me how many days I have to wait for the vehicle.

                                        Most of the Yamaha dealers are facing similar problems as there has been a restructuring in procurement and manufacturing process, resulting in a delay in sending the vehicles from company. Many dealers are finding it difficult to deliver promised colors also (especially in southern states). this situation might last for one or two more months...a 30 day delay in delivery is not unusual for R15 considering the current situation, in some places it run up-to 45 days
