I was travelling from Delhi to Agra via Yamuna expressway on 24 aug 2012 night. All of sudden my bike's headlight went down due to some technical fault. There was no lights on the way. I managed to reach at first toll gate (Jever) at around 11 PM. I asked them for help, but there was no arrangements. I asked CRO for escalation matrix, but he refused. I asked him for feedback/complaint form, he gave me the same, I filled it up and asked for receipt, but he said that there was no provision of receipt. He said, "the only option is, I have to wait till morning". I had not have dinner, but there was no arrangement. I asked him if there was any arrangement to stay, and he said "No", Then I requested him to stay at the office there, and waited till morning. My concern is, if it was a VIP in place of me, then also they would give the same response? what kind of arrangements they have for the same? suppose there is a lady along with an infant, then ?
