[Resolved] Yatra.com — Refund problem in yatra ref. [protected] | |||
I have booked a International ticket New Delhi to Abu Dhabi(UAE) journey dated 13th April 2010 yatra reference [protected]. This ticket is canceled on 5th April, 2010. The money was not refund till date, I called several time to customer care the reply "Your money is Refunded on 7 April, 2010 check your A/C". I also asked for Reference No. or Transaction ID of this refund they said "please wait" than transfer my call in again main menu [protected]. Was this information helpful? | |||
