[Resolved] Yatra.com — Failing to refund - fraud | |||
I tried to book Train Ticket on yatra.com. It was 11:10pm at night. After filling all necessary data & credit card information and transferring money Rs.725, Yatra website suddenly terminated transaction with information...Transaction failed & money will be refunded to me. I tried contacting [protected]@yatra.com, [protected]@yatra.com and [protected]@yatraonline.com.They informed that money was not transferred to them. When I check the bank they inform the money transferred to Yatra.com Gurgaon and gave me Transaction number. They have not responded to me even after repeated emails. How to get back my Rs.750 from yatra? Was this information helpful? | |||

S it is true In My case also same thing happenend. Still they didn't gave me Rs725. I had booked 4 tickets frombangalore to sri kalahasthi... Even I tried a lot to get back my money but it is not happening...
