[Resolved] Yatra.com — Worst website | |||
I booked my ticket one and half month ago before my travel date and they charged my credit card for the ticket the next day, the day of my travel i was told at the airport that my ticket is not valid and when i asked yatra.com abou this, they just replied with a sorry, saying that it was a system error......but how did the system charge my credit card for a ticket which is not issued or valid.............. it as been more than 10 days now ......they havent refunded my money nor picking up my call......................for the people who do online flight or train or hotel booking PLS DO NOT USE............YATRA.COM...................you will regret it..... WARNING !!! do not ever use this web site !!! you can compare flights here but go direct to the air line and use there web site, TRUST ME, DO NOT USE YATRA.COM, THEY WILL TAKE YOU MONEY, NOT HONOR YOUR BOOKING AND MOST OF ALL THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY !!! thEy have taken 17, 000 RPS from my credit card, Failed to Honor the booking and have repeatedly informed me for 4 weeks that my "refund will be processed in 72 hours, this company is a FRAUD, please take my word for it . . . .
Please be informed that never book any tickets throu Yatra.com, , its worlds most pathetic website and team, !!
i have booked tickets in feb and even today nobody is ready to listen on refund of huge amount.
Makemy trip.com is thaousand times far better than this, i think there should not be any comparison with both because i have seen and witnessed many times that Yatra.com is world no 1 in terms of No customer response and to make you fool even after spending money!!
