I have placed and order no YBH2186394 on the 17th August 2012. It was not delivered. Apparently it was held up because of some tax issues at Kolkatta. I called up the courier service but they said that they have informed yebhi but they have not done anything. When i call up the company to enquire about the status all they say is that do u want a refund ?
They insist that was the only option. Anyway i have called them back several times but they never respond. it is hard to get through to them and mind their phones are not toll free. i have finally placed the new order after a month and i called them, up to cancel my previous order to no avail. I think that customers should be aware about their double standards. They are helpful only if its a new order. If you have a problem with your order then they also seem confuse about it or the company policy is just not designed to help the customer. Was this information helpful? |
