[Resolved]  Yebhi.com — Yebhi.com is not returning amount of failed transaction

I have placed order for “Padmini Megapro - Food Processor” on yebhi.com website on 21/04/2013 and order number for same is YBH3497117. The product price was Rs. 4599. I paid Rs. 1750 using gift vouchers and for remaining Rs. 2849 I tried credit card to do the payment. There was some problem at yebhi.com website and four transactions from my credit card (2 ICICI and 2 Citibank) got failed. Then fifth transactions from my ICICI net banking succeeded and order was placed. Later only three transactions were reverted back to credit card by Yebhi.com and fourth are still pending. I got confirmation from ICICI bank that the amount has been claimed by the merchant successfully and the authorization ID's for your reference is 326998, 895616. It’s almost 5 months but yebhi.com did not return amount for failed transaction.
