[Resolved]  Yo Bike — poor service after sales

Dear Sir,
I the above named is the user of your vehicle in baroda since i purchased the vehicle your authorised agent M/s Sharma bikes is very poor in after sales. when we purchsed the vehicle any wear and tear of the vehicle was repaired in your service station now after the warranty period the service station doesnt repair any parts instead force to replace the part for want of lucrative money which is really bad for companyies name.

I had kept my vehicle some one week back for rplacing the brake liners which was replaced by new one for Rs. 300/= i paid the price when we brought the vehicle it was seen that my charger was changed by old ones which was earlier had no problem again we took the charger to service station there they asked me to wait for 1 day for needing repairs to that charger. On inquiring the status of the charger they claimed that the chrger will not be repaired but will have to purchase a new one which is costing around 2, 300/= which is costly for a medium class family. Same problem i had earlier where the station repaired now as the warranties and gurantees are over the company ask for replacement. If this is the case with the company like you the consumer will have no option but to contact the media for your wrong represntation of the vehicle or will have to go to the consumer forum i have kept my vehicle in my house with no movements if this matter is not resolved i will call the media and show the yo bike vehicles performace stopped due to no parts available in showroom or costly spare parts of vehicles at a low cost vehicle where consumers attract for wrong advertisement

Hope you will take immediate action and inform your sharma bikes to replace or either repair the charger.

Very poor service. How the sell these 3rd class bikes to customres
I am Nilesh Mirajgaonkar, at solapur, maharastra.when I purchased just 4month ago yo spark bike with very very conffidence but i never known after sale to service of vehical this yo bike co.very losser from solapur city or maharastra leavel Please help us for repairing / manitenance of my yobike spark. My vehicle is in non-use since last 15 days.

आप सब लोगों के कमेन्ट देखकर मैने यो बाइक लेने का विचार त्याग दिया है । जब यह बाइक इतनी 3rd क्लास है तो पेट्रोल बाइक ही सही है । कम से कम चलती तो है और कहीं भी रिपेयर हो सकती है ।
आप लोगों के कमेन्ट देखकर मैने यो बाइक कम्पनी को ई मेल भेजा कि वो इस बात का स्पष्टीकरण दें कि यहां कही गयी बातें कितनी सही हैं । लेकिन कम्पनी ने मेरे इस मेल का जवाब देने भी जरूरी नहीं समझा और मैने भी यो बाइक लेने का विचार त्याग दिया ।

I am D V Mahalakshmi, staying in Hyderabad.My mobile number [protected]. I have purchased my yo speed on 19 February, 2010. My bike controller got problem on March, 2011.They have replaced with old controller of another on 19April, 2011.Again got problem in 10 May, 2011. In August they have checked and changed again with another controller. I wanted to tell that my bike is not working condition from March, 2011.All the times so repairs and taking to workshop or they are coming and checking. They are not find the problem. From March, 2011 to till now i am not using my bike due to its under repair.Now keeping hope on that also very hectic.Don't buy any one yobike.If you buy you have to face a problem. We have to loss money. Better to go for a petrol bike.
I am D V Mahalakshmi working in National Remote Sensing Centre, Balanagar, Hyderabad (cell [protected]). I purchased yospeed from GR Auto Mobiles on February, 2010.First time got the problem on 19 March, 2011. I called them. They are unable to come shortly due to lack of service engineers (only one person). Finally one day they came on 09April, 2011(almost one month and after calling so many times). They have told that controller has gone. They brought old controller for checking and replaced with old one and charged 1800/-. Actually at that time my controller under warranty.After 20 days again bike has given problem.I have called them. They told we will come.Finally one day they came after onemonth of my complaint. This time my bike battery got discharged due to negligence from my side due to irritating calling so many time. This time i lost my patience. Now they told we cant check due to no charging in bike. I have taken my bike to workshop using transport.They have repaired and with in the next day, got the problem. After 3 weeks he came again he unable to solve the problem . Again he told me to bring my bike to work shop. I dont have any interest to take as i am suffering from 6 months.

yo bike — after sale service

I have purchased yo bike in the year 2008. Local dealer/agent have closed his business and to day no service centre is in gwalior.
SIR, I am owner of YOBIKE INDUS 750, FOR THE PAST 3.5 YEARS.Controller and accelarator failed .no spares available through Tamilnadu. Please make arrangement for availablity.

m totally agree with the complaints, as m also facing some problems in shocker..i have told the service center executive so many time about that but all the time he refuses and trying to make me fool..i m going to file a complaint aginst yo xplor in a consumer court, with in 2 or 3 days..

Myself Nirav shukla had purchased a bike from ur vijayawada showroom on 17/8/2012 and the invoice number is 91.

I had taken a bike from the delaer by name Papa Rao([protected]) from vijayawada. and he has not given me any kind of papers of the bike. Even the bike is not running properly so i had come cross the dealer in hyderabad and checked the bike they asked me to get the paper’s.But the showroom guys are refusing me to give me the papers. So i had contacted with South head Mr Vijay Mathur and engineer Mr Maruthi and they promised me that i will be getting the papers. Maruthi has checked my vehicle and told me as it is a demo vehicle .because of the parts of the bike were already damaged .The details of my bike has been sent to u by him. So finally Mr Paparao has accepted the mistake that he had sold the demo bike by assembling all the parts. So I request you to kindly take an proper action on this and the dealer and settle the issue. In worstcase i will be claiming regarding this in the consumer court.

Looking fwd to hear from you at the earliest as i am facing a lot of problems and i had invested my savings on the bike.

I am kusum Ahuja from ahmedabad.i am the owner of Yo spark.I purchased yo from Yo world narayanpura ahmedabad. I have purchased the same 2 yrs back. My yo is not working because of the controller. Its not working so that i cannot run it.I got the warranty of 3 yrs regarding Yo.I made the complaint for that.But the dealer of the company is not responding.I request u to help us out.
Dear sir, I am possessing Yo Spark since last 2 year. You convince people at the time purchase of vehicle, that it is worth purchaing and most economical. There are neither sufficient service centres, nor parts available in the market. Part are very costly. Battery of vehicle cots us more than Rs.12, 000/-.If we complaint to your local dealer, to make arrangements to take vehicle, he fail to provide us this facility. dear sir hi i ANUJ KUMAR GUPTA, a costomer, of yobyke<spark>colour silver from lucknw purchase on[protected] . i have purchased it from habiba yobikes.
when i was buying itthe sales person tld me it will give me 45 km but now after six months later it gives me 25-30km mileage for which i complained from starting onward but they have not changed my battery too .We still have so many problems in this byke, because you are just selling the bikes but not giving service properly to us.
and it is in guarantee period so please if you have any person who can do me a favour for repair or service send him to me for changing the battery.
