[Resolved] Zebronics — Faulty Wireless optical Mouse

I have purchased a Wireless optical Mouse from Eastern Logica Chandni Kolkata on 10.11.2012. Within a month it stopped working. When i took it to service center he gave me a old 2010 mouse as replacement with scratch all around.

Today i again called service center[protected] him and asked him to give a new mouse as replacement to which he refused.

Is is not a cheating why should i take a old mouse as replacement I purchased for 450 RS. Kindly give me my money back I don't want any Zebronics product. Worst service

I HAVE BOUGHT A EXTERNAL TV TUNER FROM VARANASI. FREQUENTLY IT CHANGES LANGUAGE FROM ENGLISH TO CHINESE AND STOPS WORKING. PLEASE LET ME KNOW HOW TO CHANGE THE VISE VERSA. HAVE YOU ANY SERVICE CENTRE AT VARANASI. IF YES GIVE ADDRESS.

I HAVE A ZEBRONICS MUPIC ARENA WHICH IS <APP RS.3500>WHICH REPARED FOR MORE THAN 5 TIMES WITHIN 6 MONTHS.
THEY WERE NOT REPARING IT PROPERLY.

Zebronics — Multimedia computer speaker

Vide order AB7170725 I ordered computer speaker with facility o[censored]sb, sd card, fm with remote control. But I got a general speaker with no facility. I contacted customer care. They didn't bother me. I want my cash back. Do the needful.
