I bought Zebronics Zeb-UTE101 USB to RJ45 Ethernet LAN Adapter.
Sadly the device just kept on disconnecting every now and then on my Windows 11 PC
It was also getting very hot to touch.
I was able to return the product to seller but it was a bad experience overall with this company....

I bought Zebronics SSD from amazon and I received a warranty slip from the vendor.
On Zebronics website, you have to register warranty for your product.
I filled all details and uploaded the invoice and warranty slip PDFs and submitted the form.
The webpage errored out. See the attached screenshot.
This is a faulty website and faulty way of recording warranty registration.
Future buyers be aware....

I had purchased a watch which is under warranty. It was just 20 days o[censored]se and the product stopped working i tried getting it checked with the company's service centre but they are asking for money to get it repaired which is still under warranty. My whole money is wasted. The quality of the product is so poor that it seems like a duplicate product as the original branded product comes with durability. I hope it gets escalated and solved...

ZEBFIT4220CH-Smart watch issue
Dear team,
I bought ZEBFIT4220CH(Black) smart watch through Amazon on 23.05.2022 bearing (invoice no:MAA[protected] for Rs.3329 and presented as a gift to my husband on our wedding anniversary, but the same was found defective.
Hence I raised complaint at Amazon and got replacement watch on 29.05.2022 Model:ZEBFIT4220CH(black bearing(Invoice no:BLR[protected].
Now after 5 months again the watch is not getting power ON.Hence we submitted the watch at service center which tool 2.30 hours.
Service center has issued a job sheet on 30.11.2022 and stated as the watch will be sent to chennai for repair which will take 5 days to receive.
Finally today we got replacement but the strap colour is GREY which made us very much disappointed with your service and product. I have ordered only black but we received grey strap in the replaced unit which we dont agree /like to use the watch.
This product is very special to my husband on our 0 day but you made us to run behind repeated complaint.we didn't expect such a poor product and service ..
Hence I request you to collect the device from us and refund my invoice value Rs.3329.
This issue made us frustrated and lost trust on the brand and product .since the product got replaced twice we dont believe that that 3rd time replacement will work fine.Customer support is forcing to take replacement of different colour due to stock unavailability which we doesn't accept.we fed up with this product and service, please refund our money and do the needful

My name is chandan kumar. Contact no - [protected]. I bought zebronics bluetooth earphones on 04Dec2021. Unfortunately its stop charging. I went to Service centre at 9 june. He said your replacement is processed, my job id is 2022/154560. Next day's i got msg that this Product is dispatched from Chennai. I went on 14 june they said not arrived yet.
Today ( 21/06/2021 ) I went zebronics Service center patna Jamal road. They are giving me unsealed Product.
That i don't accept it and return them. I want sealed Product as i received at the time of Purchasing.

Bad behaviour by staff and horrible replacement product offered
I am writing this email in utter dismay and highest dissatisfaction in the manner in which I have been treated as a Zebronics Customer & Amazon customer. My issue as mentioned in my earlier email, wherein i had purchased Zebronics Zeb- Transformer Gaming Keyboard and Mouse Combo(USB, Braided Cable) B07BRKK9JQ HSN:84716060 from Amazon and this product came up with hardware issues and wasnt working. As directed by Amazon I contacted zebronics via email( margao.[protected]@zebcare.in) and visited the service centre personally for checking the product. As per my conversation with the staff present I was informed that the product would be replaced by a new piece upon further inspection of the said product.
When I did visit the service center again to pick up the replacement piece, I was shocked to see that the replacement piece was in an unacceptable condition.The piece although plastic wrapped was dirty, the screws on the said keyboard were rusted which is visible in the video as well as images, the wiring appeared to be rusty and soiled as though it has been used by another customer and resealed to be given to the next.In times of covid accepting such a piece from a brand like Zebronics is a joke and is more than humiliating to a customer . I refused to accept the same and was informed to email the same to the team for further complaint. This morning 21/01/22, my husband Jose Pereira received a call from the centre from Manju Iyer stating her designation to be a manager who was completely unprofessional, rude and unresponsive to customer issues. She kept stating that the piece was absolutely fine and kept demanding that we should accept the same as she cannot assist further. As a suggestion i did offer to accept my previous keyboard after repairs towards which she was blunt and blatantly replied that its not in her hands and i need to email the team for the same.I did call her again to ensure that this is sorted professionally to which she was extremely rude and didn't allow me to speak at all and kept insisting that I should escalate this as she cannot help further. She even ridiculed the fact and accused us o[censored]sing Covid as a reason for not accepting the keyboard. The tone and language she spoke really belittled us as customers and it gives me great displeasure in informing you that after this experience from Zebronics, I will ensure that no customers proceed with purchasing any products from them and even Amazon needs to think twice before associating with this brand. I received another call from an associate by the name of Abhijeet as well from the Mumbai branch who was more understanding and reassured me that he would sort this and advised me to call him when I do visit the Margao Asp service centre again.
As a customer I do understand that there is a hierarchy and process involved in resolving customer issues and I am willing to wait for the same, however the attitude displayed by the staff is completely unacceptable and unprofessional where it seems she was removing her personal frustration over the call and is a complete liability to a company like Zebronics who needs to think twice before employing individuals like her to represent and cater to customer requirements . At this rate even the existing customers would reconsider whether to invest and purchase any products with Zebronics let alone from Amazon in the near future.
Kindly look into this matter at the earliest and do revert with a resolution for the same.I am herewith attaching the amazon order id number for amazon reference.

Zebronics Zeb Soundbomb S1 Pro TWS Wireless Earbuds
I bought the Zebronics Zeb Soundbomb S1 Pro TWS Wireless Earbuds with BT 5.1, Wireless Charging, Voice Assistant, Touch Controls, Splash Proof (Black) via Amazon.in on 28-Jul-2021.
It worked fine for first few times.
Soon, one of the ear buds (left one) charge gets over in few minutes after connected to the phone and the both the earbuds never show as 100% charged. It is always 60% even if I leave the earphones connected to usb-c charging for many hours, it is always showing as 60% charge.
Amazon had marked this product as having a 1year warranty, I called the service center as they were far away in Sadhasev Peth, Pune, the person there (Suraj) let me know I'd get a replacement immediately. I drove all the way to the service center from Kalyani Nagar, he then told me he misunderstood which product I wanted and I would have to wait for a replacement. I then got an SMS from Zebronics with the following on

Since then there has been no update. Every time I write to [protected]@zebronics.com they reply via email that someone will get in touch with me shortly. Then, I get a call where someone tells me, it is going to take more time and initially the person I met at Zebronics (Suraj) said he would courier the product back to me since they called me all the way and didn't have a replacement. Now, when I get a call they behave like they are doing me a favour by couriering it back to me.
The product is still in sale with one day delivery on Amazon. Ideally, since this is within a 1 year warranty and I have returned the defective product to them, it should be replaced immediately. Today is 23rd Aug, no update, nothing.
I am writing this here on consumercomplaints as I am getting a feeling this is a fradulent company, they sell products at a very low cost and hope customers won't spend the time coming to their service center to fight for what they have paid for. I sincerely hope this helps someone else and after reading this they don't buy products from Zebronics or atleast Amazon blacklists them.

Today 4th Sept. after all the drama, I received a replacement.
I appreciate it!
Used the buds for an hour and it seems like all is well :)
Closing this complaint.
I hope they can streamline their systems in the future, at the moment though, I appreciate that I have a working set of buds.

I have UPS which is not giving proper battery backup. I have contacted PUNE, Mumbai Sevice center of Zebronics I still haven't got single word from them. truth to be told service is just for the name, cheap service

poor zebronics journey wireless neckband earphone
Dear sir/madam,
My name is ashishkumar patel. As per my trailing mail, i contacted zebronics care last time in february-2020 due to problem occurred in my zebronics wireless earphone (Within 3 month of purchase). It was repaired by vadodara service center and was given to me in february-2020.
Now again i am suffering problem with the same earphone.
From last week, i am unable to hear voice from one of the ear plugs and earphone getting heavy vibration.
I tried to call customer care number[protected]. But the number is not reachable.
The item is under warranty of one year and two times i submitted for repair. Currently my earphone is with vadodara service center.
Due to such poor quality, i request your good self to replace me with the new earphone in place of repairing considering warranty period. I am going to submit review on consumer forum as poor performance of zebronics journey wireless neckband earphone.

Kindly do the needful at the earliest with positive response.

Once I purchased went home to fit that band to my watch one side part got torn.
How should I assume about the quality of the product?

I purchased zebronics 2.0 multimedia computer speaker from rudra infotech on 24th august 2018. He gave me a warranty on this product of 6 months. After purchasing it starts fluctuating and its one speaker (That is also main one) is not working within 10 days. I complaint about the same to retail store where he asked us to give it back to him. We gave him the speakers. Which after 7 days returned back saying it was opened by us.
This is bit intolerant and undigested. Literally i know what problem it is suffering and can repair it on my own. But its about the dignity of the company thus i took formal steps which they reply very much disgusting.
I made a complaint of the same on 23rd september. Then retailer asked to give those speakers to him and he will send them to zebronic service center. I handed him on the very next day after communication to zebronics service center bhopal. Thereafter i went to retail shop plenty of times but he always said it is underprocessing, it will be soon available to us. Today he returned us saying service center send it back saying it cannot be repaired

Bad product quality

I had bought portable 2.0 multimedia speaker zeb siren on 25/03/2017 at “vaishav electronics and technologies ” new delhi (India). Model no: zeb siren serial no: zeb-nsiren11160426.
Within 4 months i am facing problem in the speaker the wire is not fine unable to play with the speaker, when we connect with the phone or laptop the sound is not appeared in the speaker then have to push the wire to get it done but since last 1 month its not working. I tried to contact with delhi as well as noida service center but unable to connect with them i had raise the complain but haven't got resolution. Its really headache to use the product like these.
Normally we prefer to go for “philips or sony” but i tried to go with you guys but it is very bad and worse experience. It is "mental torcher" to me. Within the guarantee period the same problem continues whiten (4 months). After guarantee period what can i do? Kindly replace or get back your product! -

Very late Speakers delivery

I had booked a speaker by paying advance at the IT exhibition in Mumbai, the company had committed the delivery of the same by 2 days time. Its been more than 15 days now. still the zebronics executive Mr. Ashish and their distributor Mr. Padamraj has not delivered the same at my residence. A complete failure in their commitment. now they have started transfering the blame between distributor Orno - Mr. Padamraj and Mr. Ashish Regional sales manager, They have even lost my slip for the address and they are like a fool waiting for me to call to take the address.
what a mistake for taking a speakers from such kind of company who has no commitment value.Please dont make such mistakes

I have purchased a Wireless optical Mouse from Eastern Logica Chandni Kolkata on 10.11.2012. Within a month it stopped working. When i took it to service center he gave me a old 2010 mouse as replacement with scratch all around.
Today i again called service center[protected] him and asked him to give a new mouse as replacement to which he refused.
Is is not a cheating why should i take a old mouse as replacement...

This happens to me as well with Pune Service, this is scam company ... Amazon shame on you
1) The receptionist at the Sadashiv Peth Pune Service Center heard me incorrectly regarding the model of earbuds and called me all the way for a replacement, then apologized, I spent my money driving all the way there and back - there went my Rs. 100 discount when I bought it via Amazon's ligntning deal
2) The technician apparently didn't check the product before sending it back the exact same way with the exact same defect
3) The courier made a mistake, and it took 20 days for me to receive the product back
But if I ask for a replacement, I need to spend money and effort to ship the product back to them before they send me a replacement - how do I even know if they are doing to repeat this cycle or not. Why can't they collect the defective product and replace it at the same time.
The service center person who called is telling me about his job, I don't think they understand the correlation between how the customer indirectly pays for their salaries.
The company does not have any accountability whatsoever. No one I can reach in management to have a sensible conversation with.
I really don't know how Amazon is not vetting sellers before allowing them on.
