[Resolved]  Zee Dish Tv — Expiry of Recharge before schedule Time

Dear Sir,

I would like to bring to your kind notice that I have recharge Dish TV connection vide VC No [protected] on 17.05.09 for Rs.700/- from Prabha Entertainment, Malad (E).

When I recharge this connection, there was a scheme of Rs.700/-for 100 days of subscription of platinum.

On 15.07.2009 my connection was deactivated and on enquiring from Mr. Kishore of Prabha entertainment, I was told the reason for disconnection is non-payment. When again I call him, he changed his version and told that due to mistake of his employee at the time of recharge, the connection has deactivated. When I ask him why should I bear the loss due to mistake of your employee, then he again changed his version and told that I have used extra channels.

I don’t know why my connection has been disconnected even before lapse of 60 days.

Mr. Kishore of prabha Entertainment is very rough and no good attitude and has changed his statements again and again. Therefore, personnel like him should be taught that how to deal with customers.

I am writing this mail to you with high expectations, I have set and I sure and very confident, this issue will be resolved at the earliest.

1.EVERY TIME THEY ARE THEY ARE MAKING CHARGES EVEN WE PAY IN TIME,
2.THEY ARE MAKING DUE DATE BEFORE THAN ACTUAL.
3. STUPID CUSTOMER CARE PERSONS ARE KNOWING NOTHING .THEY HAVE NO SENSE, NO COMMUNICATION SKILL,
