I have opted for online data entry work with Zenith Info media for which we made the deposit payment of Rs2500/- through DD on 5th March.2009 got cleared and got a mail from Zenith infoonline User Id & Password for ONline Data Entry but after trying for 2-3 days was not able to log in for the work, raised complaint with Zenith online customercare but no reply sent an mail on 5th March itself for the complaint no reply contact number provided in mail PHONE : [protected], was never replied, visited the Mumbai Office on 14th June 2009, but Ms. Sanjana replied very rudely that we are not responsible & deposit will not be refunded if want work offline, when asked I have applied for Online why should I work for Off line data entry in which work charges are low, very rude behaviour, want the refund back as I have never able to use the online work process.
