zenith infomedia — This company has been cheating unsuspecting people for years. Why is it still running? It should be shut down and owners punished.
In order to work from home, I saw an ad placed in 'The Times of India' asking for a payment of Rs.599/ for an excellent work from home kit. After paying the money in the form of DD, I received a magazine which offered the company's various programs of making money working from home. I now realize, these programs are the company's programs for cheating people and making crores of ruppees.I decided to do the online data entry work and made a payment of Rs.2500/ through my credit card. The company had promised to send username and password within 48 hours and also promised excellent support and customer service. The payment was made on October 6, 2009. I have been trying to call their numbers[protected], [protected], [protected] continuously for the past 5 days, but their is no reply. I sent 3 emails as compaints to them, but there was no reply.
I decided to check on the internet whether the company had behaved in a similar way with somebody else also and to my horror I found a long list of victims.
What can be done about this?I am feeling very angry and cheated out of my hard earned money.
Please can someone mail me if you would like to take any concrete step against these fraudsters. Lets discuss what can be done and take appropriate action. Has anyone got a lawyer friend who can advise?
these are all encouraged by government only, they are all patched up other wise how an individual can cheat so many people.
this co. is a very big band mc as its cheating the people with sending a feck mail that they providing a jobs in networking field which is very big [censored]ing thing so pls dont come for any interview as they are going to [censored] and s**k u hard by giving u target in the bdr(backup &desaster recovery) job.
zenith infomedia — No money given for work done
Hi,We started taking work from this company in the month of July. Where after completing a month when we asked for the money details they said that their server was down and they did not get the work we had sent them and also the email address they had given was invalid where the mails were bouncing back to us. When we contacted them they gave another email address and also said that even after 2months the server was down for the work to be submitted automatically.
When we went to the office and asked what was wrong the lady did not give us a response. She asked to send the work manually which we did but got a email shortly that we have posted ad's in a huge number and due to the duplication of work they are deactivating our account. whereas we had a record of all the ad's posted to us and also we told them if we post the ad's which are the same as other why is it coming under our name as duplication there was no response.
Finally the receptionist gave us the number for the coordinator whom she said needs to be contacted between 9 and 12 in the morning which we tried doing but the phone was not answered.
we try calling the numbers which are for the office[protected] and [protected] but they never answer the call and when we visit the office their response is that the phone is always answered even if it is answered the behavior that is shown is very indecent like we owe them money.
The office address is Elphinstone Bldg, 1st Flr, (Mezzanine Flr), 10, Veer Nariman Road, Fort, Mumbai, 400 001.
We never received a error report either for the work we did for them and the account was deactivated.
The head co-ordinator for this company is Ms. Anisha Tendulkar who we tried contacting but was not entertained as she never answered the call.
