[Resolved] Zestha Developers Limited — Possession of House | |||
I have booked one flat in Zestha Developers in Nov 2006 in there Rudrapur project (Platinum Towers). As per the agreement i was suppose to get the possession of the flat in 18 months from Jan-2007, since now i have not recieved the possession of the flat. I have been talking to the propreiter of the company Mr Himanshu Agarwal from last three years about the possession of the flat and every time he is saying that you will get the possession in next 4-5 months. When i am discussing about the refund he is staright away refussing. Please help me in getting my money refunded or possession of flat.
