Possession of House

I have booked one flat in Zestha Developers in Nov 2006 in there Rudrapur project (Platinum Towers). As per the agreement i was suppose to get the possession of the flat in 18 months from Jan-2007, since now i have not recieved the possession of the flat.
I have been talking to the propreiter of the company Mr Himanshu Agarwal from last three years about the possession of the flat and every time he is saying that you will get the possession...

delay in Possession

Dear Sir,

This complaint is about Zestha developers Ltd, I have booked a flat in 2007 in their Rudrapur Project " Platinum Towers" with area 750 Sq.Feet.

At the time of booking it was said that the possession would be given in 18 months time but even after 36 Months we have not got possession.

We dont have any idea that when we can get our possession, Last time during Durga puja they...
