actually i have my money in zip cash. when i login in www.zipcash.in to recharge my mobile.
all my transactions are going cancelled.
i can't understand why this is happening.
how can i redeem it?
I tred to redeem Rs.200/- standing tomy credit to top up my mobile. They send anumber through SMS. That is entered in the web page. received sms invalid key word send correct key word. As a new comer I donot know what all these intricacies. to get Rs.200 top I had to sent several sms costing each Rs.2/- Cant these techies keep things simple strigth. should it complicate somuch as you need one mobile, computer internet. Inteligent fools can complicate the things.
