[Resolved] Zirakpur Indane Gas Agency — GAS leakage problem not resolved | |||
Hi My consumer number with Indance gas Agency is 9954 and we have a connection from Zirakpur Indane Gas Agency. We are facing a severe gas leakage problem with a gas cylinder delivered to us last week. We are calling Zirakpur gas agency 8 - 10 times every day but the staff is very rude and are completely ignoring our complaints. Even my parents have visited the agency office personally and raised the issue but they are misbehaving and not ready to take any action. The branch manager also is disconnecting calls on his official number and is always busy on his personal calls. Please help us to resolve this issue on priority as the life of our family is in DANGER becuase of these employees who are not ready to do their JOB Thanks & Regards, Manubha Was this information helpful? | |||

Please be informed the Indian gas helpline number [protected] is useless as i am trying to register my complaint since last 3 days but they are every time telling me that the server is down and are not registering the complaints. I think government needs to step into this and should have a regulatory authority to monitor this as these companies are definitely out of control and are playing games with the life of common people. Also i have written to Mr Shailendra in ONGC regarding this issue but still waiting for his revert.
I am surprised by the poor mismanagement of these agencies and kind of nexus between the company and the govt agencies who are not ready to register the complaints.
I am loosing the hope every day. May God save my family as no one else here is taking the responsibility.
