[Resolved] Zirakpur Indane Gas Agency — not received cylinder after 16 days

I have Indane gas connection and my consumer no. is 8567. I have done booking on 11 september 2012, online. My booking no. is R[protected]. But still i have not recieved my cylinder I have intimated to the agencies complaint cell at [protected] and my complaint no. is 640827. But it has been 4 days still no action has been taken. I had also visited to the gas agency in person and pleaded for the supply of cylinder ASAP as I have only one cylinder and needs to be replaced, also called them several times making the same request till today at 3.00pm, but no action was taken. I request you to kindly help me in this regard.

Sir I have a indian gas cylinder In Zirakpur our consumer no 9447529 by the name of Riya mittal, I have book our cylinder in December 2014 they were not deliver cylinder yet reason of the dealer is sir we r not recive any booking from u r side sir then I book the cylinder on 7 January 2015 dealer not deliver the cylinder 12 jan 15 .
When I call the agency reply sir u r cylinder is all ready deliveres to u, but we have not revived any cylinder them agency ask me sir it will take time to deliver the cylinder. ...
How would I coprate these things ...
