ZTE Data card — No support from customer care executive and any staff

Dear sir

i have one data card of reliance ZTE modem. which is not working since last 20 days. i call so many executives for the same but no one replied properly and no fruit full response from any side. when i go to the web world they say the out going of my no all ready open but still it is not working. all exicutives every time when i complain for the same. either they eating food they are on driving etc etc. so if possible kindly sorted out this issue or disconnect my no.
