I ordered for a redmi 4a mobile in this today (2/10/17). Immediately i got an sms and email communication showing as the order has been accepted. Then i got a call from mr varun and he told one more sms will be giving with paytm details for payment with waybill tracking number. I got the sms and i received the followup call from him twice asking for the payment to dispatch and i was assured the item will be picked by 2:30pm and will be delivered by 3 to 3.30 hors time. Since i need a set immediately today, as my daughter is travelling tomorrow, i have done the payment and again contacted him and he tole the item will be dispatched soon. Unfortunately till now the item not delivered, and i checked in courier tracking and understood the item not dispatched yet. I tried to contact mr varun many times through the mobile numbers provided, but the call was not picked. Dear Rishabh, stop this non sense plz. We have all the proofs that you apologized on various platforms for this behaviour when we issued you a legal notice. Now we warn you of taking stringent legal action if you continue.
We have never received a notification from paytm about any such payment. We do see an order but its unpaid. We do not ship unpaid orders. Also complaint here the proper proofs of payments which should be the snap shots of your PAYTM Passbook. Also all our lines are active 24/7 and we reply to all emails in 1 hrs average time. Sir we do take all the reviews very seriously and can go to an extent of legal action in case of fake reviews.

But I done my payment why my Order is not shipped, I ordered product on October - 02-2017 and I paid amt on October - 04-2017, also I put mail to you but no response. This is my Order ID 123078000002828
