Compstrade — amount paid through paytm but now not replying

I paid rs4200/- (Paid in two parts first transaction of rs2200/- and second transaction of rs2000/-) for buying mobile through paytm to number [protected] registered under compstrade pvt ltd... Now when i asked about shipment of my product the person ([protected]) keeping his phone switched off even though he is receiving my messages through whatsapp he is not replying also. He has already confirmed that he has received full amount of rs4200/- through whatsapp after which he stopped responding to my messages. Kindly help me getting my money back.
