As i have ordered redmi note 4 through compstrade on 26/05/2018 and i recieved a call for payment of 4449 and i have completed payment and i choosed express shipping now today its 29/05/2018 and there is no order recieved to me i have tried to contact but no respond and i have completed paymebt of 4449 through paytm so give me a phone or pay back my money...

I paid rs4200/- (Paid in two parts first transaction of rs2200/- and second transaction of rs2000/-) for buying mobile through paytm to number [protected] registered under compstrade pvt ltd... Now when i asked about shipment of my product the person ([protected]) keeping his phone switched off even though he is receiving my messages through whatsapp he is not replying also. He has already confirmed that he has received full amount of rs4200/-...

Hi, as i had received a chat on olx stating phones especially mi at very less price so went into that www.compstrade.com to verify and was put into cart... Later that varun guy called and explained about the details like a pro... And the confirmation was made through the call about the phone and the payment was made through paytm itself but after the payment they aren't receiveing the calls nor replying to us.. These guys should be behind...

Sir maine compstrade main 23000, two j7 mobile order kiya tha lakin baad main wo bole ki ap ka order canceled ho gaya hai ap ka refunds kar diya hai lekin mere wallat mai refunds aya hi nahi, jab mai unke address pe gaya wo galat tha baad mai mujhe panvel ka address malum pada, mai waha unse mila, wo ap ka refunds ho jayega, lekin refund nahi hua, jab mai wapas gaya to wo ghar chod ke chale gaye the, uman ahmed. I think its very common with Compstrade, Any way i ordered phone on 13 june, payment made through paytm and i got confirmation also . After 3 days i called to get update but they stopped picking up phone - [protected] .
