[Resolved]  Fujitsu India Pvt Ltd. — Provided incomplete details of product and denied to acknowledge

I wanted to order a server for my organization. After sharing few emails with Fujitsu India ([protected]@ts.fujitsu.com) Mr Rakesh Gupta from Fujitsu asked me to go with their tower server model Tx100. After drawing the purchase-order and paying half of the total price, I was informed that product is running out of life and you have to buy other one. I sent many mails asking explanation for such an irresponsible behavior to which none replied. I never thought that a representative of a global brand be so ignorant of products of his own organization and on the top of that be so irresponsible that not bothering to respond to follow-up mails. I am writing it here so that no one else falls prey to such inefficient bunch of jokers.

Hello,

Mr. Rakesh from Fujitsu India has replied to my queries and this issue has been resolved from my side. I would have liked to delete this complaint but unfortunately I did not find that option and hence am adding this comment. If anyone knows how to drop this, please let me know.
