Purchased a fujitsu laptop on 21/09/2017. Problem in LCD Screen of the laptop detected. Problem was reported to fujitsu support. I got a reply from the company that "LCD has been physically damaged & cannot be covered under warranty". Then I told him that LCD screen don't have a single scratch and there is no physical damage. Then the reply from company is "there is liquid damaged on the screen & cannot be covered under warranty". So company is changing their instance without giving warranty benefit.
