Purchased a fujitsu laptop on 21/09/2017. Problem in LCD Screen of the laptop detected. Problem was reported to fujitsu support. I got a reply from the company that "LCD has been physically damaged & cannot be covered under warranty". Then I told him that LCD screen don't have a single scratch and there is no physical damage. I wanted to order a server for my organization. After sharing few emails with Fujitsu India ([protected]@ts.fujitsu.com) Mr Rakesh Gupta from Fujitsu asked me to go with their tower server model Tx100. After drawing the purchase-order and paying half of the total price, I was informed that product is running out of life and you have to buy other one.
