[Resolved] Beracahsoft India Private Limited — Cheating Employees | |||
This people cheating Trainees, they are getting 50 K for training and told will give job and return 40K after 1 year ,but after 3 months they told i was not selected and gave me bank check to return the money after 1 year, after 1 year also i didn't get the money, i lost my time and money. Some trainees got selected are thrown away from the company without giving experience certificate. Experienced employees in that company are treated bad, they are forced to sign 1 year bond, and they will get work from morning 9 to night 12 pm, even some employees work continue sly for 24 to 28 hours some time. if anybody come 1 minute late to office, they will calculate it as half day leave and deduct salary. The experienced staffs said the company not giving experienced certificate while leaving office, they wont give leave also. They will say will give this much and that much salary, but wont give the salary mentioned in the appointment order, sometime they will not give salary and tell your performance is not good, so we wont give salary this month, next month we will salary, like this they treat experienced employees, all be careful, don't join this company. This complaint of cheating is 100% false and misleading. This is not genuine and was done due personal grudge only as for as we can understand as one of the trainee named Vinod was asked to leave due to misbehaviour. We suspect this could be the work of that employee since we enquired with all the trainees and everyone has denied this. There is not a single instance of money not being returned for any employee who was a trainee. If there was any let the concerned person reveal his true identity and you can verify and what need to be done from our end can be done.
Due to this false complaint company has lost everything and at the verge of closing down. I would kindly request to do the needful to reveal the identity of the person who wrote this complaint (so that we can talk to him and rectify the issue) and also have this false complaint removed as soon as possible.

hi i am aravind i have worked in beracahsoft .During my period of employment i haven't faced any problems when i got out i have got all the required documents.And the security deposit amount has been credited as per the date they mentioned.So its not as company that cheats the employees.The complaints that posted above r not true.

some candidate losing their careers because of this company not giving experience, reliving certificates and all.
Company manager ask to a team to work a whole night. but he wasn't give the payment for the following month...

when i relieved from that company they gave me a cheque for my deposited amount of Rs.35000. That check amount was credited for me.
And i got my experience, reliving certificates and all.
My present company checked my background verification. "Beracahsoft' management really supported me. And am not facing any issues in my background verifications too.

Above comments (Good comments about the company) were posted, because those people were forced to post those comments. If they refuse to post employees have been threatened that they won't give the deposit money and they won't give the papers. Some how if you got your papers they will use the verification call as advantage. They will take revenge by using that call. Hook thank god I was escaped from that slum at correct time. I am posting this because I want to save innocent people life.
All the complaints are true... The people from Nagercoil will not satisfied however you work hard. These people will expect to work 9AM-12AM (Mid night). This Manimala is changed her job and she is not there in Beracahsoft. If the company is good, why she resigned her job from Beracahsoft. I too have very bad experience with Beracahsoft. They will cry to give salary. Really they are so selfish and they don't care about anything else except money.
I'm one of the person who had spoiled my career by choosing this company. But i'm the happiest man now. My comments might be lengthy, but i wished to share all known facts. please read .

This is how my life changed.
I couldn't tolerate their behaviour so i quit without getting any document and decided first i must come out and after two months started my own software project work, now i'm earning in millions per year.. Oh god, thank you so much Beracahsoft. 100% truly if you give me proper salary and documents, i would have been a salaried person in any MNC and had a robot life, but now i'm a free bird doing whatever i wish that too with lot of money. Its all because of the lesson you gave :) umma
If you see the good comments about the company, carefully read those guys. Everyone is same and their english pronounsation is same and they mention same like management supported well in BG verification - i'm working in other company, and i got cheque and credited in same day... all same story. this is just their own play.
You can better be unemployed rather than joining these kind of company. Its better to choose less group people company like this but read carefullly about the history and complaints and what the ex-workers say.
And girls be careful

There was a person JASPER his full time job is correcting you. If you could manage how then no problem otherwise big problem.
And they deduct about 20% of your salary every month and say will give it at the time of relieving. This is just to keep you under control just incase if you escape between without informing. and after proper relieve you will get a posted date cheque and this is because to get support from you incase of any error that occur on projects you worked on. wow.. that is very brillient thing I learnt. If you dn't be under control then you wn't get any documents.

Jasper and john are the partners jasper corrected a girl and there were night shift for that girl sometimes and jasper will stay with her and drop at her home this is good care, i didn't say anything wrong. But john suddenly fighted with jasper and thrown him out of the company and dismissed those two girls, i d't want to say the full story :(.
And Mala HR

.. oh god, she might be the only HR who doesn't complete a full degree. Her qualification is 12th actually and did a bachelor degree parttime and joined as Human Resource... he he he.. I will say she is watch-women, because that is what she did all time watching employees and reporting. she is also no more there.
About fresher recruitment

Oh man do you have 50, 000 and a degree? Then you are eligible to join. no need any interview. actually there is no vacant, but they will recruit 10 people and invest that 5LAKH (50000 from each person) after 3 months if there is a potential candidate they will keep them and throw others to dustbin, and give a posted date cheque that too if you keep quiet. you have to go police station incase if you want to ask any question. and in that three month you wn't get any training, daily 1 hour any seniour will come and tell what to study, and 10, 000 fee for that. so balance 40, 000 you will get . (may or maynot)
ha ha..and finally anyone can become team leader or manager there even with 6 months experience.
I can even write a book bcoz each and every day i had that much lesson.
